Money getting deducted before possession.

I have registered and paid the initial amount for DSK Anandghan project, as per the agreement the amount will start getting deducted after the possession, the possession is delayed on top of that the EMI amount is getting deducted by bank.
When complaint to DSK builder people they are not receiving the call,
On receiving the call after 7- 8 times calling, some stupid suggestions are given to me.
- Please change your salary account to avoid unwanted deduction as our process to return the amount takes time.
2.It will take some time to get the amount transferred.
3.As we are paying the bank the amount together for other customers too it takes time.
I have sent them more then 4-6 emails with transaction details still its been 3+ months and I have not received any amount back.
The number I call from is block, as every time I try to call the number is either engaged or busy or not responding. But from another number it is picked with some stupid caller tune.
If this is how a builder is dealing with it's customer strict action needs to be taken. This doesn't prove him as a reputed builder.
