CMM, a Bangalore developer delayed promises

I have bought plot(at CMM Aero Park) located in Devanhalli from CMM group based out of HBR Layout, Bangalore in June-2014 and it was under BIAPPA and other authority approval. The developer promised 6 months the necessary approvals will be received from BIAPPA and others. However, it is April-2105 now and very little progress have been made.

The developer has launched several projects and I am sure not many projects are fully approved. Be careful buying from CMM as you may not get your money back and you will get stuck for a long time and may even loose money in the end.

Every time you call him he says approval is coming next month and he has been doing this since Nov-2014 till date.

But at least he picks up the call and has a reasonably good office and staff. I hope he gets approval without any further delays so that I can rate the developer better.

As of Feb-2017 no development has started on site. Its been almost~3 yrs now, I am not able to register since the site is still to be developed.
