Since there are many projects which are constructed but their construction are not according to approved plans, they have been facing a delay in getting an occupancy certificate (OC). As a result, the buyer pretty much avoids to invest into such projects.

Reserved for slum rehabilitation!

This property is built on an area that was reserved for slum rehabilitation, so we could have people from the slums coming and living with us in the building! We were not told of any such thing before and as members who have paid so much for the house; we deserved to know beforehand!

Brokerage charges are constantly seen rising in this area with many of the projects been not facilitated yet under construction. This needs to be taken care of so as to faciliatate growth and bring actions into reality so that many potential buyers can show keen interest.

Not worth investing in residential real estate

Nobody takes care if the amenities and facilities.

Nobody maintains this place properly and yet they charge a high maintenance fee, without any reason. The least they can do is take care of the amenities and facilities well.
