Balaji Constructions not good choice for Plot

I plan to take a good plot for housing purpose in Indore that time I contact with Balaji Constructions and I am not satisfy with their services.they told me that they have a good plot in shikhar housing Balaji Aangan Hatod Indore when I saw the plot I agree to buy this. I plan this plot for future purpose so I think in future when good development is there then I resale it when I agree to buy one plot they told me I am the first owner of this plot but when I book and give advance one agreement ready in agreement mention that this is resale plot and they also increase the registry charges approximately 40k more they charge me .after completing 2 years I sold my plot recently as I have a requirement of fund but not increase a single rs. for my plot value even I have a loss of approximately 60k rs. for resell as every one told me that time properties values comes down so with in 2 years I made loss only loss .
