Poor infrastructure

I moved to lucknow with my parents. My father bought a house in ansal sushant golf city.it is about 2200 sq .the build quality of this house is poor. The wall ceiling and the cement in not even there, just some amount of sand is plasted with like 5% cement in it. The paints is falling down in terrace side including at the main entrance of the house .

We were very dissapointed with the built quality of houses in ansal though the amount paid for this house was heavy.

I wouldnt recommened ansal housing and construction.

I am writing this review, because I don't want simple guys to fall prey at the hands to Ansal API. Dont ever invest in Ansal Sushant Aquapolis. Construction is very very slow, and also the environment is not safe due to industrial pollution. Also a big drain flows just in front of Ansal entrance.
