Ansal api kurukshetra review

I bought a plot in ansal api sushant city kurukshetra. even after complete payment at the time of registry builder asked for 1.85 L more saying that EDC was increased by govt. he refused to provide me any proof of demand and threaten to cancel allotment. we paid this money and got plot registered and then after one year of registry they asked for 4 L more saying EDC is again increased !!

If I sum up EDC asked by ansal that accounts to 50 % of basic cost of plot. This is really insane! What development ansal is going to do with 10 L EDC for 300 sq yd plot. Beware of this builder. I wont recommend anyone to buy anything from ansal.
