I have bought a villa in their Royal Nakshatra project. I thought that they are genuine. My opinion about the Annciya developer has changed after encountering issues while transferring my home loan to a different bank. They failed to provide several important documents. When contacted, their support was unhelpful. A particularly unprofessional, brainless, arrogant and rude individual named SINDHU, who lacked knowledge, repeatedly assured assistance but never followed through, leaving me in the dark. Now I am struggling for the documents.

Carefully reconsider before buying a plot or villa from them.
