I'd like to share my problem from Karbonn service provider and consumer service.
I bought Karbonn mobile on 24/11/2017 with RS.2, 849/-. It worked good for Exactly 1 month on the date 25/12/2017, I got complaint with the display. I took it to Karbonn Service provider and they said it was software problem and they rectified it and I got it from them Karbonn Service Provider).
Again, on the next day My Phone got Hanged. Again I took it to Service center, they kept it with them for 2days and rectified problem. It worked good for 4days and suddenly Screen is getting blinked.
Again, I took my Phone to Karbonn Service Center at different places(i.e not in same Service center where I took previously). Working good, but I handled mobile to service center I said I'm suffering continious complaints, please cross check everything, they said okay.
Within 3days I got my mobile back to me and worked again for 8days again I got problem again
Again, I took my handset to same service provider and asked them to send mobile to company any check it once.
They said okay and it may take time upto 20days and I said Okay. I handled my mobile on 27/01/2018. Company received handset on 05/02/2018. On 06/02/2018 I made a call to service provider. On that day late afternoon I got a call from Service Provider that "Sir we received mail about your handset. Your mobile phone is damaged with Liquid they sent estimation of RS.3140/-".
Here I bought it for RS.2849/- on 24/11/2017 and I got this info from Service Provider with estimation mail of Rs.3140/- on 06/02/2018 .
I spoke to Customer Service, they said it was liquid damage It was your fault we can't do it in warranty you've to pay estimated amount if not take it return.
