I booked the flat when it is not construct .I booked the flat to take the bank loan.They only shown their layout of the flat.They promised that they provided some facility but  not provided that.They are promised they construct swimming pool, mondir in front of the flats but not construt.There have not extra space around or fornt of the flat.

There is no playground and flower garden.

They have demand extra money before hand oever the flat.They told that we have no profit if we provide of that money.So no possible to give flat that amount of money.

They shown layout of one type but when it complete it is another type.Room side have been changed.There is no free space in my front of the window.Room decoration has been changed.

They have promised it will construct within one years but not provided in time.Maintain cost have been increased.club maintain cost, security guared cost.water supply are increased what they in first.

They can not work according there world.So I recommend to all pls smartly chechk all agreement and to buy the plat.

I booked my flat in 2019 with ajnara. For a long time they kept changing the possession dates. Even the layout which was shown while booking the flat was different and what they are coming up with is different. The gestation period was very long especially for middle class people like us.

The maintenance charges they are asking for are very high. Few charges like the club maintenance ones where never there in the maintenance charges now they are asking for that too. The staff at ajnara is highly unresponsive and never take calls. I am feeling cheated. A warning to those who have invested money.
