One of my friend got an apartment at adroit in Coimbatore called as Altius located near Gandhipuram. There are 43 apartments ranging from 1015 to 1667 Sq. Ft. The building quality is really good and it is located at heart of the city with good ventilation. Famous school, temples & hospitals are closely located. They do provide amineties like well-equipped gym, a multi-purpose hall and a common landscaped rooftop garden.

I strongly recommend this project!
