Pathetic Apartments

Review On Aakruti Amity, Bangalore

I was one of the first customers to buy an apartment in Aakruti Amity. Water enters into our apartment from clogged outlet pipes. The water pipes are not cleaned regularly. Almost every apartment in Aakruti has a leaking water pipe. Water gets soaked in the false ceilings in the bathrooms.

The builders have not allocated parking lots to people who have even bought an apartment in 2009.

The management staff never respond to phone calls or mails.

Construction is going on and on since 2008. Don't know when it will be over.

I seriously repent buying this apartment.
