Life becomes sheer joy when we work on our fear.Everybody has some kind fear.Financial issues, marital,children,work stress and many more.These all things makes life worse.Then you are not enjoying life you are just pushing yourself for daily work and day.We all are living in this situation. to calm down ourselves we go for movies, outings and restaurants.But still we are not addressing ourselves. we are always try to escape away from ourselves. SO THE QUESTION ARISES ANY SOLUTION?
we will take medicines,doctors,psychitrist and all this.
As I am fighting with stress,anxiety and panic issue I took medicine, I tried meditation,i did hynotherapy and I did physical exerrcises too.
In these 17 years of stressful life I came in conclusion that one must do counselling on regural basis. and work on that consistently to get the reqiured result we want.ONE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS OUR LACK OF CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION TO CHANGE OUR LIFESTYLE.
Come out of you daily comfort zone.then change is definite.you becomes your MASTER.
