I am facing through this for last 15 years.but my parents are very supportive both emotionally and financially.otherwise I would have finished.But you have to keep fighting because you want to enjoy life thats a precious gift of god.Depression makes you emotionally weak.you cant take much stress. but we have to find the way by managing ourself.take proper psychitric treatment.DONT WAIT TOO MUCH TO GO YOUR DOCTOR.the longer you take the decision the illness increses and becomes difficult to handle. Counselling can play a big role .take conselling and do according to his suggestion. IT TAKES TIME TO HEAL IT.so have patience and practice daily to bring changes in your lifestyle and way of thinking. Depression means low feeling,low self esteem,too much sensitive,do not want to do anything and many.I myself fighting with depression for very long years.I am taking allopathy medicines for last 17 years.They just keep you calm and drowsy.I lost... Depression means low feeling,low self esteem,too much sensitive,do not want to do anything and many.I myself fighting with depression for very long years.I am taking allopathy medicines for last 17 years.They just keep you calm and drowsy.I lost my energy and physical power as there are also side effects of these medicines.but we can not avoid them too .But additionally one should start taking counselling,pshychotherapy and hynotherapy .they can improve our condition by recognizing where actually problem came.what is the root cause of your problem.then you can start working on it.as suggested by your counsellor or doctor. You will feel ups n down in this illness.but remember you will be a fighter you will try to come out of it to make life peaceful. I am taking hypnotherapy for last 4 years.it has changed my life a lot .Earlier I was 0 but now I am 70% better and taking less medicines.so guys never give up keep trying.you do nt know u will find out some way out. so be motivated,positive and try what best suits you besides your meds.family support is must in this .they should fully support such illness and be polite with them. Being FEARLESS

Life becomes sheer joy when we work on our fear.Everybody has some kind fear.Financial issues, marital,children,work stress and many more.These all things makes life worse.Then you are not enjoying life you are just pushing yourself for daily wor... Life becomes sheer joy when we work on our fear.Everybody has some kind fear.Financial issues, marital,children,work stress and many more.These all things makes life worse.Then you are not enjoying life you are just pushing yourself for daily work and day.We all are living in this situation. to calm down ourselves we go for movies, outings and restaurants.But still we are not addressing ourselves. we are always try to escape away from ourselves. SO THE QUESTION ARISES ANY SOLUTION? we will take medicines,doctors,psychitrist and all this. As I am fighting with stress,anxiety and panic issue I took medicine, I tried meditation,i did hynotherapy and I did physical exerrcises too. In these 17 years of stressful life I came in conclusion that one must do counselling on regural basis. and work on that consistently to get the reqiured result we want.ONE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS OUR LACK OF CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION TO CHANGE OUR LIFESTYLE. FEAR

For a long time I was planning to pen down to write on fear. As I faced this problem during my childhood. It is good to have a balance amount of it so keep you alert from something wrong.But the problem arises when it overtakes you. same happened... For a long time I was planning to pen down to write on fear. As I faced this problem during my childhood. It is good to have a balance amount of it so keep you alert from something wrong.But the problem arises when it overtakes you. same happened with me my fear completely overshadowed my own personality. I started to think everything negative,fearful and scary. and it made my life like hell.What was the reason behind it. I asked myself why are you so fearful . the answer came out fear of death. it always created a fear in me. and my fault was I never discussed my fear with my parents. so with time it kept on increasing and I made a strong pattern of negative and fearful thinking.which completely ruined me.
