Those families or individuals planning to buy or rent flats, must be aware. The project is very bad, top floor wash basins drainage pipe coming in below flats, leakages all over. There is no water in the kitchen and wash rooms for several hours. Sorry to say, the project is the worst, even the helpdesk not responding to several emails for leakages and not picking up the phone. Very bad management overall. Do not put your hard earned money in this project.
