This builder feels he has enormous knowledge on Construction and other premium builders are waste in front of him. Poor management of finances. Troubles buyers with his cheap tricks. Overhyped rates but not worth. No commitment to promises. Overall not a genuine builder. Avoid this builder to stay tension free.

The MD of this group Mr. Srinivasa Rao is a number one cheat and Fraud. He changes words in minutes. While selling the flat he will talk as if he is the only Sincere Builder in this country. One will fall prey for his words very easily. But Prospective Buyers beware of his words. What he talks do not match at all with his actions.

The best example are his Ongoing Hennur and Horamavu Agara Projects. These projects are just garbage and nothing else. Both the projects are still under work in progress for the past 5-6 years and as somebody rightly quoted in the reviews, if you want to Stay in a Forever never ending project then you can buy a flat in SV edifice projects. Cheap person, cheap labour, cheap quality, cheap management, poor management of finances. He pays houge amount of bribes to Govt Officials and gets wrong permissions using his political contacts. He is nothing more than a political broker and money placer for politicians.

The brochure will be beautiful but if you really see the projects they are nothing more than garbage and sewage plants.

I trusted him and took a flat and now sufferring hell everyday.

Completely fake person who roams in a Posh Skoda car but says no money to finish his projects. Cheap character fellow.

If you love to live in a unfinished project forever and want bonus of threatting, recklessness, bad attitude then SV Edifice is the right choice. Not ready to believe, visit any of the projects of SV Edifice. All are false promises. Speaks more, acts less. You can find immaturity at each and every corner. Only suggestion stay away.

Vrushabadr Willows. location a plus.

We have been residing in the flat for over 1 year. The water, electricity and basic common area have been operational. The builder has been running into shortage of funds and project delays. Too long a wait time for completion and handover

Project incomplete for more than 4 years. Builder does the work in bursts. 1 month of work, disappears for more than 6 months. Any time you ask, he would always say work is staring in next 1 week or 2 weeks, in reality it takes for ever. Many unpaid dues to vendors from builder.

We felt very unhappy about the handover from this builder.Everyday getting so many issues inside and outside of the flat, but no one there to resolve issues.

For every penny issues, will have to call Builder and will not happen anything except getting blood pressure.No one will listen your concern and you can't see builder once sold flats

Better prefer experienced builder. It may be first project for builderI dont suggest anyone

Builder is new to construction field and learning how to construct with Vrushabadri WILLOWS Project, Hennur.

Car parking plan itself not ready with them even though started given possession, then decide when they will hand over amenities.

But builder is very smart how to get money from buyers without starting actual work in the flat.

Almost they will deviate every aspect of the approved plan and behave genuine builder.

Beware to buy.

Before you buy from this builder, he will agree what ever you say.

Soon after that he will not even attend your calls.

There is no skilled labours working in this concern and you end up hitting your head in walls.

No proper plan with them and he will invest your money in other projects and simply delay construction with no reason.

Best part you will finally feel like why you bought from this builder. You visit Vrushabadri Willows and see the progress then decide.He should have handed over by end of 2014.Even after reading this review, if you buy from SV Edifice very soon you will realise it.

After thorough research across multiple sources, we finally zeroed in on Vrushabadri WILLOWS for our very first home. Starting from our interaction with the sales team our buying process has been smoother than smooth. All our queries, small or important have been answered at the fastest possible time with the utmost patience. Our handover though late was fairly compensated.

After hearing several horror stories with other builders we consider ourselves lucky to be taking this step in our life with the trusted SV Edifice. I would heartily recommend SV Edifice Builders to one and all.Thank You SV EDIFICE.

He will s**k your blood and threaten if you ask about completion of the project.

We ended up with so much arguments but builder will get all money from flat owners and blame you finally for the delay.

I suggest to avoid this builder if you plan anything with them.
