I bought Duster from Indrapuram Habitat Centre, Truebil Branch, Ghaziabad. Next Day I face starting problem....they took 2 day to resolve. After 8 months again battery giving trouble. No tool kit in vehicle, so many problems in car. Just Truebil guy's are making fool. Four wheel are installed with alloy and Stepney is without alloy.

I recently bought a car from truebil.initially I faced some challenge from customer support side but I understand Truebil recently got merged with Spinny so there was this delay.

I would like to highlight that Paras from Spinny helped me in addressing my query very fast. Within 2 days my issue got resolved. Happy with his service, Thanks Paras!

I purchased the second Car from Turebil Madavpur Hyderabad on 14 July 2023. I don't know the driving; hence the home drop has been arranged by Truebil. But while reaching home, the assigned driver pushed the lower side of the car on a big stone. Then I complained about the same thing on the same date to the sales manager(Rahman), and then the sales manager asked me to send back the car to Truebil, and in the meantime, the driver has temporarily fixed the issue and informed Rahman.

While I went outside with my car, I observed that there was a sound coming while the car was being driven in reverse. I have raised this issue with Rahman again, and he has raised the complaint for this issue too. After some hours, I got a call from Jaganarth about assigning a driver for pick-up, but due to heavy weather and roadblocks, I requested that to assign this during the weekend( either on 21st or 2nd July) but he didn't call me, so I have to request it back to Rahman again to raise a complaint for my ongoing issues on Tuesday or Wednesday.

After that, the driver came to take my car for servicing on Thursday. I met with Manohar there, whom I told all the problems to, and he asked me to wait for 30 to 40 minutes to check all the issues. and after 40 minutes, he has noted down all the issues and taken my number to inform me once the problem is resolved.

This morning at around 11 AM I called Manohar to check the status of my car, and he informed me he would let me know after 12 oclock. Then again, I called him to know the status around 12:30 PM and got the information that my problem had been resolved. A drop has been assigned at my Home.

But.

No issue has been resolved. There will be a small sound during the reverse driving, as confirmed by Manohar, and he confirmed that to calling me back after checking with Jagarnath, which I haven't received yet.

My First complaint is that Jagarnath never answers the call(986696XXXX) when I do on his cell phone, and my second problem is that my fuel is only getting burned without resolving my issues.

I will appreciate it if my issue is resolved as a top priority.

The customer doesn't buy the car to visit the service center or Truebil hub, so put yourself in the customer's shoes and help them without harassing them.

Worst customer service from sales "madhu" @ DSL mall (hyderabad) including customer care on call support named "Rajat". LEAST INTERESTED TO SERVE CUSTOMER.

I have purchased a car through truebil, The RC has been converted to my name as per my Aadhar. after a few months I checked in the Parivahan website still vehicle shows the old owner's name.

How they provided RC as per my Aadhar without an update in govt.website? I called to customer care, no one is ready to take this query and also they suggest do myself.

I have very bad experience with Truebill and I don't suggest do any business with them. Customer service is very very poor.

This is S Vijaya Kumar purchase vehicle from Truebil last year in the month of Oct 2022, sine then after 2 months it started creating issue in various things. I can honestly say I have purchased vehicle at No bargaining paid the amount in singleinstalment and TRUEBIL Cheated me in every aspect and the services are very very bad and dissatisfied. I would say few people at Truebilare just working for making worthless money. They just honour you only at the time of purchasing after that no one cares about vehicle once it is sold. Muzammil and Praveen chundru were the 2 employees engaged with me while purchasing the vehicle but after that they never respond if I had any issues as they informed me to call them if any issues with vehicle within 1 year.

The vehicle got break down today due to fuel leakage from fuel injectors Relay. Jagan from technical team calls and repeats same story like this is an issue with so and so and won’t cover under warranty then why the warranty has been provide. Guys just would like to inform please don’t reach out to TRUEBIL for purchasing cars, it’s all seemed to be fraud as they are not showing the major issues with car. For eg : in my case they did not inform the fuel injectors pipe was just alternated as it was broken. They had to stick up with electric tape and also managed to apply with Fevi qwik. I was brutally cheated and also people like Praveen and Jagan speaks very rude to me inspite of being looking into my issues with car.

I would strongly recommend not to visit or reach out to TRUEBIL for used cars.

They have the worst customer service and they do not provide the vechile documents instantly and not even the fast tag and they won't tell us about the previous owners or they won't even provide us with there information .

We hav taken loan and we had asked for hypothecation but they haven't replied not even taken any action please . They don't hav any fast services and they won't even take their blame each of them wil be blaming on others and they won't let us contact their manager also.

I’m contacting to true bill company staff for last 15 days and they still not able to give me reply about my RC. They are keeping giving time of 12-24 hours and still not giving any information about my query. It’s my worst experience with the true bill company totally west of money and time too.

I was facing the problem in the gear box and engine too. I went to them and they sent me to the their dealer and he told me different problem and asking much more money from me. They don’t know how to deal with their customer. I’m really disappointed somehow bought card from them and I took loan to buy the ?? car it’s totally west of money ??.

I bought the car 4 months ago and suddenly my car battery got damaged even it was in warranty period and they did not give any documents about the warranty and they told me they mail me the all

I visited their gurugram hub to buy a car after inspection and test drive I asked them to quote value of my used car. They booked appointment for inspection of my car. After booking they informed me the car which I was inspected is sold. How is possible. Totally fake and unresponsive staff.

Worst service from Truebill.

It's been 9 months, 253 days over, and still I have not received my RC card.

Every time when I call TrueBil employees are giving some fake date and they are not stick to it.

They give fake promises to customers., Truebil members are saying they are checking with the car seller on his signature on the RTO document.

I don't know when I will get my RC.

Initially, they said within one month they transfer the RC, till date 9 month 253 days are over.

One of the worst services I have seen and undergone.

I had bought a car 6 months ago from True bil company but please no one should do this mistake again I had to change the whole AC unit in 6 months itself the mechanic told me that it is CONDENSOR & COMPRESSOR totally damage now So Pls is a fraud company, don't waste your money by buying a vehicle from True bill.

@mytruebilCost of repair of housing of gear box of my car UP16CF6184 has been reimbursed by Truebil. However, response of maintenance team was non professional. Approach of Karishma, Relationship Manager was proactive and praise worthy. Because of her it was possible.

Your car is not certified and you fraud with us. What you have promised with us not fullfill by you. I am very disappoint from your car and ofcourse your service also Technician did not check the car properly.

Truebil is bogus company making fool to customer. As per agreement gear box was under warranty for 10000 km or 1 yr but leakage in gear box is not being repaired by company. They have not responded to our email also. Withinn 03 months of delivery I have spent more than 30000 so far for service and other repair.

I suggest that police should take strict action against such bogus firm

I have purchased car from true bil month of sep ending.i couldn't check car before taking delivery trusting trubil..after taking delivery their were multiple issues which Mr anshuman city head and jagan service team couldn't solve my issues.before delivery they had installed battery and tyres which were not in proper condition.when i have asked for bills of tyres and battery which they have installed for any future issues they have denied they say it's against company policy...

Guys i would suggest please get the car checked thoroughly before buying from any dealer because it's hard earned money which you are investing......

I had the most worst experience with truebill evey. Think twice before buying a car from them. They will only sell false promises and at the time of refund. They will make you run in a circle

I purchased n volkswagen ameo on 24th july 2022 and I had some major issue of car cataliyc convertor which was sorted by miss neha bhist of truebil as she helped me out n replaced the part though it was second hand by the company at no extra cost thanks again to miss neha bhist of truebil n five stars for her work done

I bought I20 in Oct 2022 and at the time of purchase the will promise you all you want to hear but after that it's just you will be chasing them to fulfill the promises but that will never happen and just to show the work the take your car and do a third class work and bring it back in much worst condition, i wouldn't give a single star but no choice. Try other vendors they might be good than Truebil.

Bought an automatic car from Truebil trusting their claimed checks before selling. Within 2 weeks car had EPS issue. Truebil towed and repaired for free under warranty. Within 2 weeks of this repair car did not start. Truebil without checking properly tried to jumpstart the car. This resulted in Ecm shirtcircuit. As this is expensive they had a Manager call me and say it is because of rat bites. I have covered car parking and an Ertiga for 9 years. No rat issues. Truebil refused to pay the 40k for the repairs. Post repairs garage told me that there is Starter issue also which is draining battery. This will cost me another 10k. Planning to send the car to Hyundai for servicing and documenting all issues and sue Truebil in Consumer Court. Do not use Truebil if you care for your family safety and your peace of mind.
