They don't provide video lectures on time after getting payment also most of th time they will provide you after your exams and when you call will just give you assurance only no outcome.

waste of money and time please don't buy any lectures instead go to youtube and search at least u will save your money from being wasted for getting nothing in return.

Don't treat you fairly just cheat

I have registered as a tutor and was expecting few leads from them. After 7 days they have sent me lead, that too of not what I was expecting. I have sent them a mail few days back, they have not responded to that wail as well. They don't give you leads, they respond to the mails. Pathetic service. I highly recommend not to register with this website. They just take your money and don't respond. I din't feel like giving 1 star, but I don't have an option to give zero stars.

I was looking to buy video classes for CMA Intermediate and that is how I dropped in to the website of SuperProfs. I found some relevant classes there which I went through on trial mode. They were really really overpriced according to the quality of the classes. Moreover all the classes I found was on online streaming basis which I could not download even after paying. So it means they are not handing over the videos to you but charging all the money beforehand. Even after you pay them in full they have full control over your classes through your profile there. They can block the profile, delete profile or simply lock the videos down. I don't mean they do that all the time but why should I leave a scope to them to do that when I'm paying all the money the very first day!  I didn't like the idea at all. I was actually thinking about paying them per class when I am not getting all the videos on my hand. So I talked to one of their support executives about making option to pay per class available. Surprisingly the executive started boasting about the student strength, quality and long life of SuperProfs and addressed me as uneducated. Anyway, this conversation and that support executive is not my point of view but I think SuperProfs should introduce the option to pay per class for the courses they are not making videos available for download.

Guys, please share your views.

They are providing the free demo classes and if anybody viewing the demo they are calling and asking what is the purpose of viewing the demo > what do you want from video?they should have restrict their videos. candidate who want to buy their classes should view the demo. otherwise not. was thinking of buying the courses. but after this not going to buy.

Please don't buy their courses, its a complete wastage of money.

Firstly, it is very expensive compared to the output/ classes which they are performing.

Secondly, I tried studying from 7-8 teachers and believe me, I found that only one teacher was good, only one.

I subscribed for CA final group 1 course which has 4 subjects and preparing it with only 1 good teacher who is teaching you one subject can't help you to pass the exam. The Quality ratio is worst.

Thirdly, their validity is only for 6 months. other classes/ pen drive providers provide at least 1-year validity.

A student is buying an online class because he lacks resources which may include time constraint and the one having time constraint may or may not clear exam in one attempt, so seeing the practical scenario its useless.

Moreover, so much money for 6 months is worthless.

P. S. DON'T BUY THEIR CLASSES AND SAVE YOUR FRIENDS FROM DOING THE SAME.

The same should be done only if they are actually able to provide proper services. At this stage, they are looters.

Dont buy their courses.Its totally wastage of money. Their courses not even cover the actual pattern UPSC asks. They are just teaching conventional books which a person can learn himself.

Hi, My self Pankaj Kulkani, I had purchase a package for CMA IV group in Dec 2017 for Jun 18 attempt, but fortunately Corporate Financial reporting lecture of Mr. Sanjay K Walkin are not good and there is too much disturbance in lecture. I had reported this to Superprofs team but the are still not support to resolve this problem.

Superprofs is a good website for preparing a lot of exams such as CA, ACCA, UPSC etc.I used the site for preparing CA by entering to its 1 month free class given by superprofs held on 2016 June CA CPT exam.And compared to any other website this is the best site for preparing CA.And they also provide different articles like 'how to prepare CA exam'.And the website also provide good study time table for preparation.The website is also available as an Android app.

Superprofs' provide good quality video luctures from India's No1 faculties.But the course are we need to purchase by giving a moderate amount after the demo period.Comparing to the expenses of going to coaching classes this is much beneficial who like to study own from home with the help of these video luctures.And they also provide notes, mock exams for good preparation.On my experience after watching free or demo classes this is a good app for preparing online.And their classes are also available in the form of USB Pendrive, SD card or CDs for study offline.

I have taken this super prof admission by paying around 22 k by hearing their fascinating words, once you have taken the admission, they just treat you very badly whenever you call for any help. but there are really good faculty classes inside super prof, but you can rather directly purchase them online instead of purchasing through super prof.

Was planning to prepare for gate 2019 electrical engineering, checked online courses, came across super prof. I checked the online demos, they were good, so I thought it would be good to go with them . The demo lectures are quite good

Smarter way to LOOT… Lectures are too old. I think they haven’t updated their classes since their first lecture.I haven’t downloaded 7 subjects out of 8 subjects coz it was useless. And when I called them for money return they said no money returning policy.I said u can return 50% coz I didn’t join the classes too.Then they said the same thing.So guys plz don’t join this.Its a new way to CON students. Coz they are not providing services for what they are meant for.BAKWASS CLASSES EKDUM.Guys don’t waste ur money & tym.

I subscribed superprof for my gate prep. for study material they gave wiley's "acing the gate" book. teachers are good but the content is not sufficient for gate exam. This is only good for quick revision but I won't recommend for those who have little previous knowledge of the subject. customer service response is ok, not too good. The video quality is good. overall the tech area of superprof is good but teaching is only average.

Superprofs is an India's first online coaching platform which help students to prepare their different competitive exams. I am a student of superprofs and those who wants to join superprofs for preparing different competitive exam, I must say it is a very good platform for preparing their exams.

Now I tell you some important factors of superprofs.

1 availability of highly qualified teachers.

2 doubts related to subject must be resolved within 48 hours by the teachers.

3 support service is good.

4 pricing of the course are fair.

I had subscribed for CA Final FR, ISCA and SFM.but totally dissapointed due to their non cooperativeness from staff.

Further updation and amendments are not made on timely basis and u can say that no updations are made. Validity of online lectures are also not upto mark because student subscribe either 1 month before or 6 month before exam will get the same validity without any extension. I have faced the worst experience I ever had.

SuperProfs should introspect by asking this question: Are we really different than the hordes of free online resources that are easily available today that someone would actually pay for our services?

My experience suggests NO. While platforms like Unacademy are doing meaningful service to the society, Superprofs seems to be going for money.

Where is the communication between the students and the teaching community. It seems to be totally one way. And moreover why should someone pay to watch materials online( types of which are available for free) for one year when the resources will become inaccessible on completion of the plan. Why not provide the resources forever once money has been paid? I mean its like classroom courses like Chanakya etal. asking its students to return all the notes/materials accumulated over the year once course plan completes.

I used to follow superprofs classes. At first thr recordings of the classes can be seen for 24 hours for free. But after some classes they removed that option to view the recordings for free. Apart from money making, you should be service oriented also. Its a request.

I joined CA(group 2 IPCC) Course at superprofs. Found Suitable professors to learn from and all was going ok. As my learning got deeper I found there are so many loopholes in superprofs and felt like I fell for such a horrible scam by superprofs. the problems I started facing was:

3. they claim to have an ask doubt section which never, never ever clears your doubts on time or sometimes even leave it uncleared.
