I took stownest storage service few months ago and got delivered now without single damage, As a happy customer I want to recommend this service to everyone who's looking for storage.

The Rm was very quick to provide tarriff and other details with transparency, then other members connected and made sure that every step was super smooth and the services was excellent!

Unfortunately, our experience has been poor. You can’t trust their service, I got my tv damaged I had to spend additional 30k to get the tv fixed.

If you are picking up directly then it’s better to verify the products before taking a handover.

They claim they have insurance coverage, but they did not provide any coverage for my damaged product.

If you are taking their service then do at your own risk.

Spoken to Janani andbthe Charges for Transportation were 2600 as I increased the number of boxes the Transportation charges was increase 300rs per Box... Storage charges are 66 rs wherein for transportation they harges 300rs for 1 box and that's how 1800rs were added extra.. When I called her on 20th may there was no reply for messages or call hence I made the complete payment..

Next day I called her upfrontly she did not even bothered to reply my messages or calls that I made on 20th may when I told her I will connect to ur seniors on LinkedIn then she contacted me and told that the charges were added as number of boxes were added and also said we have 40% discount offer going for current month when I asked I only got 10% discount she said as u have already made the payment we cannot adjust anything....

So If a customer doesn't want to Be Rude or Argumentative then they behave like this...

Company is very Good but the employee like JANANI is worst experience...

We used their Safestorage facilities for our items as we were away for few months. They made sure everything was taken care very smooth and hassle free. I totally recommend them .

I read reviews regarding Stownest Storage which weren't so great. Still I gave them a chance as they promised to deliver services and lower price.

Initial packaging was better than expected. However the GAME starts when you asked for the stuff back.

Initial delivery quote what was provided was ~30% less. When asked why such a sudden increase of delivering the good within 2months of storage. They responded due to market increase. I am surprise to see, even Sensex, Index or Gold prices don't take a jump this high.

Guys beware and choose wisely. I will never ever go back them again.

Used the service for Hyderabad. Inconsistent and incomplete information from the company through whatsapp. Changing customer service personnel make us repeat explaining the problem faced in the service. No responsible person to reach out and resolve. Rude messages on whatsapp. The number given on Google not reachable.

PLEASE DON’T TRUST this STOWNEST WAREHOUSE in BANGALORE

We Have moved our house hold items on 5th August 2022 in Bangalore to STOWNEST WAREHOUSE and till today no updates on our items. Everyday I am calling the executive(no response) and Customer care is very worst they don’t have any idea. I am really worrying about my household items and thinking to complaint it.

We have shared all the house hold items pic to Executive Janani and Naveen(Bangalore) and based on that she provided the quotation and said this is the final prize monthly rental and packing and moving charges but got shocked after seeing the invoice as it has monthly rental and packing is more.

when they move your things to there ware house( doubt its exist or not) they will generate the different invoice and it will almost double the prize what they have quoted earlier. I tried to contact the executive to ask for the prize difference but she not answering my calls and messages. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD VENDOR- STOWNEST WARE HOUSE TO KEEP YOUR HOUSE HOLD or your valuable Belongings.

I don’t know whether we will get our belongings or not. DON’T believe the reviews in google as they will give 1k offer to customer to post positive review/ Feedback in portal.

The service is very good they packed items in a very professionally and sent the invoice according to the number of items and they explained everything very politely. And stored the items in warehouse and tarpelled my items seperately. All over the service is very good.
