VERY HELPFUL SOFTWARE FOR NEW TRADERS IN THE MARKET. IT GIVES CLEAR PICTURE OF MARKET AND DIRECTS YOU WHEN TO BUY AND WHEN TO SELL SHARES WITH TARGETS AND STOP LOSS.

MS SHEETAL WHO IS THEIR CORDINATOR IS VERY PROMPT AND HELPFUL. SHEETAL TEACHES YOU ABOUT THIS SOFTWARE WORKINGS VERY EASILY AND DOESNOT GET IRRITATED EVEN IF YOU ASK SEVERAL TIMES.

THEIR AUTO ALERT TICKER IS USEFUL FOR TRADERS WHO WANTS TRADE EARLY AND SQUARE OFF.

I TRADE IN NIFTY 50 AND NIFTY MIDCAPS 100 ONLY IN CASH AND NOT IN FUTUREWHICH THEY DOWNLOADED. BUT I ALSO WANTED NIFTY SMALL CAPS 100 WHICH THEY CAN'T DOWNLOAD IT THAT'S REALLY PITY AND SAD. I HAD REQUESTED THEM, THEY CAN DELETE NIFTY 50 BUT NOW THEY CANT DELETE OR ADD. ANYTHING. ITNA PAISA ME ITNACH MILEGA. SO I HAVE TO STAY ON FOR THREE YEARS. Sub: Rich trade life Cheated -Algo soft. testing done in account and lost considerable money

I opted for Algo trading after Rich trade life contact Kajal showed

the illuminated figures(after words I came to know they are testing in our accounts!).

The Kajal and Rahul duo from Rich trade life will make you believe that everyday there will be a profit, but actually they are testing in your account using your hard earned money.

They never gave me the receipt for Rs. 7000 paid for TRADETON

algo for API connection.

Due to algo trading app technical glitch / error I have lost a considerable amount which Rich trade life is promising only.

My loss is around 1.5 lakhs and they have never compensated.

Now even I discontinued the trade with Richtrade life they are running the software in some other account! Because am getting the emails, This I notified to TRADETON, but no response!

The Rahul duo from Rich trade life in this company is a fraud and he will run away with your money.

He is still promising the compensation for the loss happened but till date not even pick up the calls!

the tehcnical glitch is a usual thing in Tradeton, not sure whether Rich trade life has a capacity and knowledge on this.

Even for the Rs. 7000 paid for TRADETON Algo connection is not

compensated after the loss occured on 10th March 2023.

cheaters in all ways! Be aware!

Hi All,

I tried for a demo and representative from Richlive (Noor) misbehaved and blocked my number. Wondering how they treat their customer after buying the software.

Worst Experience !!!

It's worst product, software is not working properly and support is not cooperating to hear our query. Least bother to attend our call.There is the support name called sheetal is not at all respond for our urgent queries. Only money is required. At to gether in my final point - Not recommended to any one. Stay away.

Dear friends, dont purchase this software. Support team will not help you after you buy this instead they ask us to register for their own individual business(for calls). I purchased HNI and not single service has been granted to me. Its bluff from support team.

When they sell you the software they never mention Rs 600/- that has to be paid as a subscription(they say data updation) every month. Once you are charged, they let you know about the Rs 600/-.

Its been 2 months, I haven't been issued a bill. Watch out for their devious marketing practices.

The software is very basic, not too great.

Guys just away from this softwares this software is compltely waste, .Not user friendly and it will hang too much while use.No support from care.Your seeing the positive reviews all are fake.They will tell they have sureshot telegram calls services.After one year iam seeing there is only one call.

I bought Full Ultimate Premium Pro and in the Demo they showed so many things like Scanners, Full Fledged Data. Once you buy you are caught with very bad experinces. 1. Pathetic Technical Team Service, they won't talk but want you only to chat. 2. They dont like to listen to your need and in 30days start commanding on Data by saying it is Vendor charge. 3. They say Data is for Rs 600 per segment but be very clear it is very limited data and if you say that is not enough then charge per month for the data goes upto 1700 per month. Once the Software is sold they only keep saying it was your decision and you should have been clear. Thre is no course as mentioned. The support is very bad its like we need to keep begging them that please give what you sold and they would not care.

I was using the software and telegram calls. It never works as expected, by the time we receive signal the market reverses.

I signed up as life time membership and after complaining they removed my membership.

When I asked for Zoom or google meet, then she said, they cant.

Looks fishy to me. NOT suggested for Demo too.

Basically Richlivetrade platform for Share market players. it is based on graphs which is very difficult to understand. I personally used this product as their executive force me number of time. She called me number of times and insists to purchase this product and give me assurance for a good earning. when I purchsed this product they did not given me full traming and never call me. I have lost my big amount in share market as this product is very difficult. Graphs are very tuff to understand and not accurate. when I purchsed the stock to see the green signal after some time it become red signal. when I called the customer care, she said I have already given the training to you. In view of the above I want to state the following:-

(a) Customer Care Service is very poor

(b) Software is not easy to understand and accurate.

Their aim is only earn the money.

This is Fraudulent company. Once they receive the subscription money, they keep non responsive to subscribers calls, messages.

They are running fraud site. We thought to earn some money with help of this site. Initially they say that top stocks will share and these points you have to check and apply. But in actual u will never get any of good signal for which u can go. They said to check for 4 points in signals but thing is you will never get all 4 signals in anyone and best part is where they claim that those are there top 4signals in that itself u will not get. They say that we will refund the money if u r not satisfied but when we asked after trying they say not in policy. They took 22k from us. But not a single penny benifit we got. Such a fraud site. These type of site should be banned because people like me trusting them to earn something. We have given them our hard earned money and they cheated. Worst experience.

Brought this software 15 days back. Still couldn't be properly downloaded on desktop inspite of paying 3000 rs more for desktop version. Highly unsatisfied. Now they are asking to sell tips for market with huge amount. Totally useless. Nobody should opt for this.
