I had written feedback for a doctor 10 days ago, I uploaded proof of appointment too but it still remains unpublished on the site. I feel that doctors are overrated on their site and they only favor positive reviews. Mine was definitely negative and not recommending Dr.Dinesh Kini but Practo has failed to post it. If the site's meant to help connect patients to the right doctor they are not doing a good job . Patients are not privvy to honest reviews and end up in situations like my case where knowing more about the doctor may have saved a patient!!

Its OK type portal, no synchronization with doctors to follow on time appointments with doctors. Eventhough you have booked appointment on practo, either you will be attended very late or doctor will not be available. And in that case no feedback from practo that Dr. Is not available or there is a delay in appointment.

It was a horrendous experience with a doctor on practo. He firstly gave a cocky reply on just a simple question and when I got upset and gave bad review he started bombarding me with anger and personal comments & rude messages and started calling me at 12 in the night !! Can you beat that !! I complained to practo on chat and reviews but in vain.

Dr. Anantbir Singh Lubana was the doctor.

How is patient responsible in penalizing if the doctor is not available. The cancelation was raised by the hospital due to above reason and the patient need to payoff 50/- after wasting time in reaching the hospital; spending the fuel charges; and doctor no skew without communication to the patient from hospital or Practo.

If somebody need to be penalizes then it is Practo or the hospital.

This is a great service as you guys are making money from innocent patients. This is a big scam from Practo.

I understand business makes micro cuts on operations to save cost but when a brand like Practo active in direct medical services, some shame should be there.

Unable to upload any screenshots here. I tapped on "HELP" that was on the consultation page, particularly regarding consultation. Help and support regarding Practo app and experience overall, is a different option, as per the Practo app itself.

Under this "HELP" option, the chatbot, without even tapping, redirects you towards feedback page, that too of overall Practo app experience and that's it for the "HELP" regarding "consultation".

All I wanted was to report some issue, regardless if any action to be taken or not, but clearly blocked by Practo. But I'll not distract this issue by discussing the reasons behind reporting, as those can be of multiple reasons and must be taken extremely seriously.

So, from'HELP' about a session, to'FEEDBACK' of Practo app. If you are trying to make a fool out of your customers, at least put some efforts.

In the end, all I can do is pray that no one faces any serious medical urgency to report, and ends up with this humiliating blockade. I find myself fortunate enough to able to handle the medical issue, converted into medical urgency by the Dr Yurvaj Arora Monga's staff. A simple report might have helped the doctor himself to at least see and avoid such happenings in future from their end.

Further making this situation intentionally ugly by Practo, intentionally fooling with "FEEDBACK" disguised "HELP" option.

One phrase: AVOID PRACTO.

This platform is a scam. I posted a negative review for a doctor with solid proof, but it was never published. It seems that all reviews are manipulated, with certain doctors having unnaturally high ratings, which is extremely rare. It appears that doctors are paying this platform to be listed at the top of search results with fake positive reviews.

I won't recommend.. Google reviews are true , transparent. Money based business. Works on own terms without any legal confirmations and consents.

Appointment booked in the available slot for blood test where patient need to be empty stomach. samplease was supposed to be collected from home between 12 to 1 pm till then no call. post 1 pm I contacted Customer care I received call from hyderabad lady and initially she was polite later raised her voice stating maam tomorrow it is available when I said don't raise her voice she started explaining saying this is my tone and said she was trying to connect to people in delhi but no one was responding. I said she should have kept informed that there is a delay why is the call vomong after we raised complain?when I said I will complain she lowered her volume and immediately Shazad azam from delhi calls sahinb maam 1 pm our samples collection is done could you book for tomorrow. I told him what happened and said it's delay from their side it was not me who booked late upon that he disconnected call saying "Are year ye kya hain" even when I called back he didn't responded nor ro call nor to msg. immediately after that city head of practo Hridesh Kumar calls and listens and when requested ro take shared on call he takes him on call and warns stating this is not acceptable. Shazad refused ro accept that he said these words bit I clearly remember when I received call I heard uour call is bein recorded. why don't they check that recording. this guy was asking me to share the recording and denying he never said. so casual they are. I don't know this might have happen to may but very fee are the one who highlight when I checked reviews there were so many who complained like what are they upto. are they playing around with patients?

After the product is sold to us it's absolutely no product support from the company. Calls no reply, email NO response.. No trainings given. Over that company sends new sales person requesting us to enroll on to another Plan by paying additional two Lakhs. Poor Sales guy has to bear the Heat.

I have been using Practo ever since it was launched, in fact was one of the first few docs in India to enroll.

In the starting it was fantastic. Reasonably priced, good team support. Slowly they kept increasing charges but that was justifiable. Then they came up with Practo Reach. They charged me an enormous amount stating that they had only 2 slots for my city and only 2 ppl in the entire city would benefit from it.

After a week they added 2 more slots and slowly within 6 months, more than a dozen. When I called them up I was told that because of increase in demand, they gave top slots not as per the city but colonies. Not even a week passed, a dentist working not even a kilometre away also got a slot. Again when I called, I was told that the slot was for within a radius of 500 metres.. that was enough and I unsubscribed.

Now came their biggest scam. These guys removed the online appointment from Practo Ray and introduced Prime. Anyway, had no option but to subscribe. To add to it, Prime made me pay 325 ₹ for every appointment booked online and even if a patient came for a follow up, booking an appointment online where we generally don’t charge consultation, I was paying to the company for that and for every new consultation for which I charged 400₹, I was paying 325 to the company. Anyway, even this was acceptable.

Now comes a bomb. These guys removed Practo Ray services from Prime. Made me pay separate for Ray. That meant, I had to pay almost triple the amount I used to pay. After this another scam, without even informing me, these guys changed their policy and included Ray under Prime, not adjusting the amount that they took extra. When I asked them to adjust the amount, I was told that with Prime, one will get a basic package of Ray.

Now according to the company, for the basic package of Ray for which one usually pays 14k approx annually, the doc will have to pay separate for the cloud space also and the SMS service too. So I asked them if I have to pay separate for the SMS and cloud space what am I paying this 14k for?? All these years I was already using the basic package of Ray and it seems their team support changes the features according to their will.

In short, to summarise it, it’s like you order a biryani in a restaurant which costs 1000₹. When the final bill comes, you see an amount of 5000₹, because the restaurant charged 1000₹ for the biryani, 500 for the rice , 1000₹ for the materials used in Biryani and so on.. when you question them that the dish was for 1000 and why pay 5000, you will be told that the plate in which you are having it hasn’t been charged for and 1000₹ is for the plate you are having your biryani in.

I have ordered a Medicines REBELSUS 7mg from practo on 26.11.2023. The medicine cost is 3520/- for 10 tablets and was suppose to be delivered on 28.11.2023. I got a message that it is delayed due to unavailability. I had to visit the doctor to consult as this medicine was not available anywhere

6. Conculsion- PRACTO is a fraud company which tryst to sell fake medicine. Also have doubt regarding the doctors are they really certified ?

   
   

Im taken a Dr.Eshwari medam appointment but I reached hospital that clinic persons told Eshwari medam is not there like ... don't use this app very worst ...

Dr Kavita Rao of Adityajyot is a very ill mannered, bad attitude and unempathetic eye surgeon. She operated both my eyes and the vision has substantially deteriorated in my tight eye which she first operated. When I told her about my discomfort n uneasiness she completely dismissed me. And the hospital charges more than double for PTK laser than most of the eye hospitals. My string suggestion would be for critical cases of Cornea related issues please do not go to Kavita Rao. She is not someone to trust with your eyes.

Initiated a blood test basic practo doctor meeting online for viral fever and sample was taken. Lft report sent earlier and since some items were high rushed to hospital and had to keep following up for the fever tests then got. one test where platlets were high. The followed up for dengue test and was told 24 hours, when i mentioned all local diagnostic centers give in 4-5 hours on normal basis..till now don't have dengue report.they cross sell a lot when you go for basic test but results are delayed..been 24 hours still not got dengue report..one feels completely helpless and stressed in such situations...never go for practo.... rated 1 star as I cannot go below.

I don't recommend to go through practo for any surgeries, Once the consultation is done, If you requie any help like medical bill They won't be responding at all. They also will not give the best hospital consultation also.

I had undergone circumcision operation through practo in july 2022 for overcoming repeated infection. But that's done only half way. That is creating d infection issue again and again. The surgery was done by dr shoo

Practo os plain and simple a fraud company. No customer care support number, no follow up callsnothing. PLEASE DONOT USE PRACTO FOR any health related services.

We had contura vision surgery in Eye mantra, lot of miss communication from Practo ( Nishta), she is keep on calling every 5 min, but she cannot understand from our end, she don't want to listen you, she don't have patience, she don't know how to talk with patients, she will ask us to do her job, she will think we are her servants, finally she will not explain you properly

I had booked an appointment with a doctor for second opinion on fissure treatment through practo. After consultation I decide to go for surgery, but since I had taken appointment through practo, for surgery as well I was made to go through practo. Due to this I had to go to hospital very far from my house which had collaboration with Practo. Practo care doesn't add any value to patient in the process, instead they increase your followups. During admission I came to know that room they promised was not available, instead I had to share a twin sharing room. At the time of discharge, I was charged around 3K extra apart from non-medical expenses. They persude me to pay this amount to timely discharge and committed to get it resolved later. But, after discharge they stopped picking up the calls. Overall very bad first and last engagement with Practo.

Practo is basically running a very good business model whr they are not even bother about customer mental health ( forget about physical), you just need to make a mistake that search some service on Practo and you will get call from Practo and nicely they will explain you all things about procedure ( if you have insurance then it' s lottery for them). So once you are OK and got admission in hospital then you need to see kind of bill hospital will generate ( because hospital has to pay a heavy cut to Practo) moreover Practo is charging 2k additional to this cut to provide their services ( I don't know what they are trying to do)

Simple suggestion!

If you have or not have insurance please do not consider Practo, do some research find best hospital and Doctor for your

treatment and go ahead.
