Appointment booked in the available slot for blood test where patient need to be empty stomach. samplease was supposed to be collected from home between 12 to 1 pm till then no call. post 1 pm I contacted Customer care I received call from hyderabad lady and initially she was polite later raised her voice stating maam tomorrow it is available when I said don't raise her voice she started explaining saying this is my tone and said she was trying to connect to people in delhi but no one was responding. I said she should have kept informed that there is a delay why is the call vomong after we raised complain?when I said I will complain she lowered her volume and immediately Shazad azam from delhi calls sahinb maam 1 pm our samples collection is done could you book for tomorrow. I told him what happened and said it's delay from their side it was not me who booked late upon that he disconnected call saying "Are year ye kya hain" even when I called back he didn't responded nor ro call nor to msg. immediately after that city head of practo Hridesh Kumar calls and listens and when requested ro take shared on call he takes him on call and warns stating this is not acceptable. Shazad refused ro accept that he said these words bit I clearly remember when I received call I heard uour call is bein recorded. why don't they check that recording. this guy was asking me to share the recording and denying he never said. so casual they are. I don't know this might have happen to may but very fee are the one who highlight when I checked reviews there were so many who complained like what are they upto. are they playing around with patients?
