I had booked an appointment with a doctor for second opinion on fissure treatment through practo. After consultation I decide to go for surgery, but since I had taken appointment through practo, for surgery as well I was made to go through practo. Due to this I had to go to hospital very far from my house which had collaboration with Practo. Practo care doesn't add any value to patient in the process, instead they increase your followups. During admission I came to know that room they promised was not available, instead I had to share a twin sharing room. At the time of discharge, I was charged around 3K extra apart from non-medical expenses. They persude me to pay this amount to timely discharge and committed to get it resolved later. But, after discharge they stopped picking up the calls. Overall very bad first and last engagement with Practo.
