Payoneer Blocked my balance

Payoneer is very frustrating to deal with. You can't expect when they are going to lock your account.


First of all when making a new account with them it took me about 13 times uploading different documents to verify my address.


They also don't work on saturdays or sundays just like their system. They don't have those days on their calender.


Trying to reach out for their support is just a waste of time because they will always ask you to wait, so no need to reach for them anymore as you already know the answer 2-3 business days "which not true at alll!".


After receiving my earnings from Upwork to Payoneer, about three transfers and made a payoneer card, they blocked my balance suddenly without any warning just like that! As if it's their money and they can do what ever they want and block my money from me the time they feel like they want to stop someone's life.


Payoneer made me hate working and dealing with any online service without searching a lot before knowing every small detail and the customer service they provide.


Thanks payoneer for that. Thanks for the terrible time you made me live.


If anyone knows how to withdraw my money I would appreciate that so much. Thanks for your time.

Balance Blocked!

In general, I got long way for they even approve all my documents, after more than a month I was so glad my account is ready to receive money.


Suddenly, Ebay tried to send me small amount of 8.7$ and they Blocked my balance, no reason, no one to talk to, wating for more than 2 weeks and nobody is in the horizon. Any answer was concluded with "wait 5 business days." but nothing is happen, you can wait forever.


Do a favor to yourself, stay away!

Everything was fine until... It wasn't

No problems for 4 years.


Big problem now:


My client sent a payment on January 31st to my EUR account(SEPA).


It hasn't arrived in my Payoneer account.


I created a request on Payoneer on February 10th.


So far(after MORE THAN 100 DAYS) I received:

  • 1 Inaccurate answer: they said the payment was there, but they were referring to another transfer that had been done BEFORE the one with the issue)

  • Another answer: They said they hadn't received the transfer, and asked me to talk to my client. Even though I had already attached the Transfer Receipt that my client had sent to me, I talked to him again, who talked to his bank, and they returned the same day with the reference number that Payoneer should use to track the transfer. So I replied to them again with that information on March 31st(over 50 days ago).

I haven't received any other communication from them since that moment.


From my side:

  • Several calls and chats to Customer Care(over 10, in total). Even though they were always very kind, the answer was always the same: "Your case is in our Bank Transfer Department. Please be patient".

  • 2 Emails to "VPOperations@payoneer.com" for which I haven't received any responses.

In Summary: I haven't received my transfer after almost 5 months. I contacted Payoneer several times, but never had any valuable answer. I haven't received any reply from the VP Operations, and the case was in the "Bank Transfer Department" with the HIGHEST PRIORITY for over 90 days, without any kind of update or status. Even one of the Customer Care attendees created another request to the Bank Transfer Department requesting an update. Nothing received.


So, when everything goes well, that's fine. But at the first issue, I don't see any reaction, I don't feel that my issue is moving toward any solution, I wasted a lot of time and effort, and also stressed a lot.

There's no way to get through to support to change the name and surname associated with the account, the service constantly goes in loops. Tried to reach customer support, but got an auto-reply through the email, and no way to reach back. I have been sending emails with my documents several times already and I still can't get a proper answer from a human.


Worse than that: when looking for your contacts, I found out that you provide support to Ukrainians in russian. Are you serious? These people are killing us every day, they bomb our cities, steal our hildren and rape our women. Finally, when I tried calling, I got an autoreply in russian, sending me back to your contact center saying "You're not using our service actively enough, can't help".


Will never use their service again, as they basically said "Go feck yourself with your own issue". Well, they get the same from me in return:)

Payoneer Balance Blocked

I have submitted every verification document, but when I recive my 2-3 payments in my payoneer account they blocked my Balance. I have requested so many time on customer support of the payoneer. But after 5 months still didn't get any reply. I have complaint on the payoneer forum, but they also didn't give me any satisfactory answer. CAN I GIVE THEM ZERO STAR REVIEW.


Even Now I am giving him 1 star but your system shows it 4/5. They all are cheater. Any one can file a case against Payoneer, please I will be really thankful.

Payoneet Balance Blocked with Funds

I have been using payoneer for more than 5 years. They have asked for different documents and questionnaire which I submitted every time. Last month, I received an email from Payoneer that I need to submit ID and answer a questionnaire in the verification center. I submitted the ID and filled up the questionnaire form. Yesterday, I noticed that my balance is blocked in Payoneer which I can't withdraw, nor can I receive payments. I quickly checked email and found an email that was sent a couple of days ago letting me know that my balance is blocked because I needed to submit those doc and info (which they asked last month and I submitted) and that’s why my balances are all blocked.


So, I reached customer support and they couldn’t help. They are saying that the questionnaire I have submitted is under review and that's why my balances are all blocked. And even worse, they can't give me any specific amount of days that may require for them to verify a less than 10 sentences long answer to questionnaire. I don't get the point how on earth you freeze money because your answer reviewers couldn’t review a small questionnaire that probably had 5-6 questions. about business.


Pathetic situation with no clue how many days it might keep me stressed.

Pathetic support, 1k usd is gone

So my situation is: I have been waiting already for a month by now (payment was made 6Oct, rn is 5Nov) for my payment to be sent to a recepient's bank account. It always worked fine, until something happened and it wasnt coming for a week or so. I was told to wait. Then I contacted the bank on the other side and they said that they requested additional information from Payoneer and are waiting for response. Payoneer hasnt provided additional information, which was their job, and so the payment got cancelled. Im wondering why is it me who has to figure out these things and not them checking which requests they receive. Then Payoneer told me that they are working on providing additional information. So i was fed every day with tomorrows. As the payment was cancelled long ago it was supposed to come to my account back. Which it hasn't as well. So 1k usd is totally gone nowhere for about a month and no one is doing anything. They are saying "wait wait, wait 2 days more, oh i see u contacted support already, wait wait..." So I cant properly use my own money. I would live on the street by now if had to rely on them.

Payoneer blocked my absolutely legal earning - their support doesn't exist!


I'm a musician and composer. I monetise my music on YouTube.


At October 21 2022 Payoneer blocked my account and


blocked my$10k of absolutely legal earning.


I sent all screenshots which confirms that all my transactions are absolutely legal. But after 14 days my screenshots still under review and my question is not resolved.


I contacted the chat . I created 2 tickets in support. I wrote the email to "customercare". It didn't help. They repeat the same phrase every time: “wait 2 business days”.


How long can this bullying go on?


It is just the payment service. They musts help to people . But they makes a big problems to people. And now I can't pay my regular credit payment . And now I have a big chance to lose my house.

The problem has not been solved for 24 days.

The problem started on August 24th, I withdrew funds to my bank account, I did not receive them, but I received a letter from you with further instructions, everything is done.


I then continue to write to the support team, they assured me that the funds will arrive, but they returned to my Payoneer after 16 days, I tried to withdraw the money again to a foreign currency account in my bank, but the funds did not arrive, I then contacted the bank, I was told that we do not recommend that you withdraw money from this person to Payoneer, when I asked why, they said that it is a bank secret!


I had to switch you to another platform to get the funds.


The problem has not been solved for 24 days.


I can't work like before, support has not helped and only postpones my high priority issue!


What should I do?

I'm a forced moved Ukranian, who used to live in foreign country with no other source of income except freelance. Payoneer blocked my usd balance with salary. For no reason, no notification, etc. I'm not sure how they are still in business with such politics.

They blocked my account without any Reason. When I asked them by keep on calling and texting in chat support they were making me football, as each and every executive was saying different thing, but when I asked lil strictly they told you can't use your account as its blocked by undefined reason.


Am still surprised that without using how some one's account can be block. And even they are not ready to say why its blocked.

I recieved some amount in payoneer in usd..but my account shows "usd balance blocked" i tried contacting them several times but nobody is answering nor solving my query..


There was no intimation or any message from them reg this action


I have pending balance left in payoneer..


What wil happen to that amount?


I usually preferred transfering funds to bank account and already added bank details and even got verified from them


Is this a new way to mint money??


What will happen to my amount ? Will i ever be able to withdraw???

I got payment in my Payoneer account by 2 March 2022.


As per their request, I've provided further details on 3 March 2022.


After that I've sent an email several times, but didn't get my money yet.


I am not getting any written response from Payoneer.


I've emailed several times & generated several support request for the same thing, but no result.


If possible in mouthshut system, I would give -10 rating to Payoneer.

The worst bank experience ever

I got my last payment on Feb. 2nd. Today is Feb. 16th. And I can do nothing with these funds. Nothing at all! Customer support sends me auto-replies, and they are obsolete since they have changed their application. I keep messaging them sending screenshots and explaining the situation, but get no constructive answers. I can't update my bank accounts, for some reason I have reached the maximum, and the single account for withdrawal I have doesn't show up anywhere except my bank accounts, where all I can do is delete it. They said it's because my previous country of residence was Russia so that is why I can do nothing. It makes no sense. As well as you charging me$30 for maintenance when I get no help and answers.
