I earn payback points from my credit card usage every month, for last two years, I was waiting for them to accumulate so that I can use them for the right benefit which oayback offers. Now from last month I am trying to use it to buy some voucher, but no transaction happens and it fails. I reported this to the customer support and sent them mails, but no reply even acknowledgement comea from them. It like two months and everything I tried but I never got a single response from them. Now I sent the complaint to my bank, they mentioned thet they are too unable to reach them. Now whatever I thought I could buy with my points is never gonna come. This is a fraud platform, or I beleive they have stopped working, they dont seem to listsen to the customers and bank should break tie up and give some benefit of those points we earned. Worst platform, never rely on this.

Payback points has been expired without any notifications which is not correct. PAYBACK TEAM, PLEASE KNOW THE BASIC SENSE. You should notify to your customer before BURN payback points instead of send ads messages. Really your are genuine and reputed vendor, please let me know how to get back my BURN points.
The rewards program is useless and customer service is full of crap.
Their tag line is to provide delightful experience, but only on papers.
How difficult is to cancel/return a coupon bought with points. In their book it is not possible...fool yourself...customers are smart...shut your program..

I get charged frequently 116 rs by my bank saying that it was payback redemption charges. It was only once that I actually knowing redeemed 100rs worth of point and then I was charged 116Rs as payback redemption charges. Many other times I was charged same amount even when I did not redeem anything. Recently again I saw 116Rs deducted by ICICI and then I had to contact payback numerous times and got different reasons. Once I was told that it was a mistake, next time I was told that I got enrolled to payback plus scheme and hence the charge.
Now finally I asked them to delete this horrible payback account forever.
I never understood its utility. It's completely useless according to me. Unnecessarily it is covering mobile space and nothing else.
I have ICICI Credit Card, have order redemption of 10, 000 points to get Rs. 2500/= worth of Croma vouchers. Vouchers did not delivered for 15 days via email or courier hence called up Payback(there is no phone number on website, got with pain thru its App). The call charges is ridiculous(Rs. 2.05 per SECOND), I did not got my vouchers despite calling three consecutive days and talking/holding calls for 8-10 minutes each time. I realised with shock that I have incurred more than Rs.3000/= for phone charges against redepmtion voucher of 2500/= for inefficiency and scam type behaviour of Payback. Seems to me Payback is earning from these to provide redemption. Till date not got, have also raised complaint with ICICI Bank.
Well what can I say about Payback. I am having a bad experience with them. Let me give you all an example. I shopped for more than 35000 during this sale on amazon and flipkart through the payback app and I should get 7-14 points per 100 rs spent, as per what PAYBACK has been claiming to offer. But only 392points were added to my account.
I am not even sure if these points really get me anything ??
Payback is the worst rewards program probably in the world.
Firstly it is a complete rip off. Secondly - Utterly painful to deal with their customer service

I get payback rewards points through ICICI Bank debit and credit card. But it is worthless as one point gives 25 paisa only. Absolutely very bad rewards program. Customer service from payback india is also very very bad and poor. Improve your service and increase the value of payback points.
I order product as per point available in payback but that product is not ok & I complain that product is not ok they reply send back the product we will courier charges also now they deny their customer care representative take full details from me & second day message recd all matter resolve but courier charges Bourne by me because I send this product without asking them. I recd email the full information given to them now they deny
I am writing here my personal and positive review for Payback Loyalty Programs.
Payback is One of the best and Biggest Loyalty program in India, which provide us Valuable offers time to time.
Payback card is acceptable Various online/offline stores Like Big bazaar, Central store, Mobikwik, Oxigen wallets, Netmeds pharmacy, Book my Show, Hindustan petrol Pumps etc, and I always use my card to avail get offers or points.
I am also attaching photo of my account page which shows my points balance and current transaction of mine.
I am member of Payback family since 2016 and I am very satisfied with it's service and offers.
It is pathetic behavior from ICICI & Payback.
In ICICI the pointing system is already very bad, where you get 1 pt for 100 rs & 4 pts make 1 rs. All other GOOD Banks has 1 pt equal to 1 rs.
It is ridiculous to charge Rs 25/- for redemption of approx Rs.100/-.
These redemption charges are unjustified, unnecessary, unauthorized, illegal. No other Bank in India takes them, except ICICI.
Shame on ICICI & PAYBACK India!

I had accumulated 20000 points. I tried placing order from my windows 7 laptop and android phone. Every time the order was not placed. Finally I was able to place order from windows 10 laptop. I ordered a laptop bag and what they sent was completely different.
Payback rewards is a joke. You cannot use any of the points accumulated unless you pay almost an equal amount for the product you want to redeem. To redeem a product worth 500 points you will use 500 payback points and also pay 235 Rs.
Now you see how this is a joke!
Their website is not functional just so that you know.

After receiving new PIN as per attachment I changed my PIN. I am not able to understand when every customer try to redeem his point why the website will automatically logout? In this situation again customer need to enter his card no and PIN.
You people are very smart. At this time only the site will inform that your PIN was invalid. What the hell is going on your company? The most very very very worst and cheap tricks that you are playing with the customers.
Bleady from 7-1-18 on wards I am trying to redeem my points. You people will keep quite and doing nothing. You people just raise a service request and keeping quiet.
How many days you people will act like this. Better shutdown your company and sit in your homes. That will be fine.

I have never seen such worst website than PAYBACK.IN. I tried to book movie ticket from Bookmyshow using redeem points from PAYBACK. But Booking was never done due to its worst service. I do not understand how big corporates like ICICI Bank, Bookmyshow etc are having tie up with this USELESS Payback.in.
My payback card got exchanged with someone else's card at Big bazaar Mysore and the person who had my card redeemed all my points. I had nearly 3000 points. There should be an OTP based system for redeeming the points as we have with debit cards. This is a big flaw. When I spoke to the customer care executive, he told me that nothing can be done for the points already redeemed and whoever has the card can redeem the points. Kindly pay attention to the security related issues else the very purpose is defeated.
