M from singapore n chance upon their website while searching for rakhi items n from then on I started to use thier services for all occasion.
I get to choose the date of delivery n its alwaz on time if not earlier.
I love thier products n its last long.
Love thier prompt services as I get messages update for all my delivery.
Its already my 4th buy in less then a month n it wont b the last.

I ordered an LED lamp for my girlfriend. The base of the lamp was found faulty due to which I contacted the customer care service . After 2-3 discussions, the executive ensured that a new product is shipped again by the IGP as a token of apology. The new product arrived and I was happy with the intention of IGP to keep their customers happy at all costs.
Kudos to the team. Keep supporting your customers.
Suffered from some problems with transits but i called at customer care so they almost solve a problems and they have a Good attitude.keep it up
I had a really really bad experience with Igp as a first time customer. My order was delayed and on hold from several days due to the fault of their delivery partner. None of the Igp executives were really understanding my problem nor were they of any help. I had been coordinating and cooperating with Igp executives from the past 4-5 days but it wasn’t of any help either.
As soon as I spoke with Rafea, he didn’t waste any time in helping me. He understood my concern and gave me a stern resolution within 15 minutes which was a shocker because that was usually the time that the Igp executives used to put my call on hold for. Rafea was extremely professional and was very polite. He was well trained and had a great command over the language too. I’m really thankful to him for his help and wish him the best for his future ??
As for Igp, I highly recommend you guys to up your skills for the promises you make to your customers, the executives kept promising me that I will receive a follow-up call from their senior/manager which I never did. I was the one who kept calling day and evening for all the follow-ups. There’s no point in you guys spending so much on your advertising if you keep giving false hopes to your customers. Please train your staff well and also teach them to be respectful to the customers who have genuine concerns. Will never be ordering from your App/website again.

Had ordered a cake. They helped me with my queries with fast and accurate response. They also helped me with the rescheduling of my order. Service is great. Coming to the product, it was awesome as well. Great taste, good and safe packaging, timely delivery. Everything was good from ordering to delivery to taste.
