Globaltestmarket is one of the reputed company and provides survey opportunities to the users. It is a platform through which most of the leading brands around the world would like to know about the taste and preferences of the customers worldwide. It helps them to design or manufacture a product according to what customers are actually interested in buying, It saves a lot of time for companies.
On the other hand globaltest requires people who can answer such surveys and give their opinions. In return they get rewards for their valuable opinion. However, I didn't find this company to be of any help. It has a poor reward program in place. It is very difficult for the members to actually acquire enough points for redemption. At present a member can redeem 250 points for$10.
But unfortunately, he should have 1000 points in the account to redeem 250 points. Well, I actually don't understand the logic behind and I think this is not in favor of the members because it can take a year time to actually accumulate 1000 points.
Apart from reward points it also give sweeps entries to the users, which are actually used for lucky draws. I haven't actually won anything so far! The worst part of the surveys they provide is they are very lengthy and the average duration of a survey is around 30 minutes and the reward points for such a long duration is hardly 25-30 points. Which is obviously a waste of time. Moreover, a number of times in between the survey there are technical issues and the survey doesn't respond or the survey gets terminated which again is a big hassle for the members.
Recently, they have launched an app as well to complete surveys on the go. However, both the app and website are not user-friendly and have a lot of technical issues. They become unresponsive most of the time and it is quite difficult to access surveys. Surveys are mostly sent to the emails but can also be accessed by login to the site. Also, the servers are very slow and it takes a lot of time for the surveys to load. It normally takes 3-5 minutes for a survey to load.
At present they provide a number of options for redemption. Points can be redeemed through Jabong.com vouchers, Unicef charity and by transferring money to bank account through paypal. If you want some real cash then go for paypal as the mode of redemption. The customer support is available only through email but doesn't give a quick reply. I did send a number of emails to the customer support and raised issues regarding different problems but they always failed to resolve the issues. Also, they take a lot of time to reply and normally it is more than a week.
