EASE MY TRIP IS A NIGHTMARE
BOOK YOUR TICKETS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I WAS BOOKING THE TICKET USING A CODE IT SHOWED ME A DISCOUNT OF RS 1400 BUT AT CHECKOUT IT CHANGED THE DISCOUNT TO RS 1000. THEY ARE MISLEADING CUSTOMERS.
When I confronted them KARTIK TEAM LEADER WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE TO SPEAK WITH.HE WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND STARTED SHOUTING.
I have proof of the misleading error there is no place to attach the same.
THERE WAS NO T&C IT WAS A FLAT DISCOUNT.
THEY ARE BIG TIME FRAUDS.
WOULD PREFER AND RECOMMEND TO GO TO OTHER TRIP MAKERS.
EASE MY TRIP GIVES YOU WRONG FARES INITIALLY SHOWS MORE DISCOUNT AT CHECK OUT REDUCES YOUR DISCOUNT. ITS MISLEADING.

Bus driver not picked me and not contact to me
and no responce by easemytrip
They did not recieve call
After booking my flight ticket about one week in advance , 12 hours before the flight I am informed that they are unavailable to generate my ticket … very disappointing

They change their bus timing as and when they want and if we ask for cancellation and refund they keep dragging us and never give refund and now they don’t even reply if we call or email. Worst experience of my life
I recently came across this Travel agency and upon reading more about this, I got to know that this company is best in the indian market and giving best prices for all my travel plans.
I have booked a flight from Del to GUH through there portal and they are also providing me the best rates and best customer service.
I would always book with them in future.
Refusing to pay the refund for GOFIRST got cancelled last year due to Bankruptcy. Other agents like MMT has already paid to all their respective customers. So Not a trustworthy site. Think twice before using Easemytrip.
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I’ve received. Despite repeatedly calling and requesting a room upgrade, nothing has been done. What’s even more upsetting is that I was told by your team that an upgrade wasn’t possible, which is untrue according to the hotel itself.
This experience feels like a scam—I've been given misleading information repeatedly, and nothing has been resolved. I strongly urge others not to trust this service, as it has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I have booked bus from ease my trip but bus operator didn't have any information of my booking. They provide fake info of seat booking and seat number. I want to travel urgently and they fooled me. My first and worst experience with them. When I email and called them there is no response. How are they handling their customers, it's worst..
I booked my ticket L2Z6HS from easemytrip out of Abu dhabi airport. The flight kept getting delayed and finally was cancelled. It was 15 hour(12 pm to 3 am next day) ordeal waiting at the airport. The airline immediately refunded the money but since booked via easemytrip it went to them. Now hear this out, the airline refunded 510 AED of which easemytrip is refunding only 190 AED to me and keeping the rest with them?
If I had cancelled the flight I understand. Here I went through the inconvenience and easemytrip is using this to increase their revenue. Very bad, I am deleting this app from my phone. There are mutliple other apps to book tickets. Dont use easemytrip. Remember flight cancellations are now becoming very common and you can save yourself.
We booked Bali package in Jun 24 and they told to share the invoice after 15 days of the trip. The trip had one of the worst hotel and they never cared about our feedback and on top we have to call them up many a times to get the invoice and TCS(Tax collected at source) letter). We are in end of Jul 24 and they got worst processes and system in place.
Be careful if you want to book travel with them as they asked us to pay advance 2 times as they lack tracking system in place.
Worst experience with EASEMYTRIP… agent was Amit Barik usne muzhe ek package bana kar diya Thailand ka 43500/- me with vistara flight and baad me usne indigo se travel karaya and last moment pr muzhse 1500 rupees extra bhi liye … lambi storey hai sab kuch yha par nhi likh paunga but I have all the proofs on email and WhatsApp chat … worst experience and specially Amit barik is thief

Be very wary of this Portal. I wanted to buy an Etihad ticket from Mumbai to Manchester. The portal offered a discount code for ICICI netbanking. The discount worked out to Rs 5000/- for me. I applied the code and got the message that the coupon code had been successfully applied and it showed a discounted price. Even at the Payment Page it displayed the discounted price. Then it moved to ICICI bank site as the OTP came. Since I was totally focussed pn the OTP, I didn't notice that the transaction amount has changed and showing no discount at all, not even the EMT default code of waiver of the convenience fee. So I ended up paying the full fare without any discount whatsoever. I immediately called up the EMT helpline and reported this. Later I spoke to ICICI bank and came to know that the bank had withdrawn the discount and on that transaction day, the discount code was not existing! But EMT was wrongly showing it. So as long as I was on EMT page, the discount was very much visible, but as it moved to the bank's site, it disappeared.
I wrote to EMT senior management, including the founders. The founders never cared to respond, but their Head of Operation responded and placed the entire blame on me saying I had not applied any discount code. When I put the question to him that why in such case even the default EMT code for waiver of Convenience fee was not automatically applied, he simply ignored it. In other words, he simply implied that I was lying and for unfathomable reasons didn't apply any discount code and even removed the default code.
I have vowed to never use this portal again. Here even after successful application of discount code, you may get zero discount. And you can't cancel the ticket also as you get nothing back.
