You might think you are designing a logo for whatever. Much to my surprise 4 years later I get and email from these folks stating that they are going to sell my logo with my registered name to another client. Now, this company name is registered in the State of Texas and with the US Federal Government. Over the past two years I have now received 3 very similar emails but each time their client has backed out. Imagine that! I would recommend finding an alternate product.

I used their online free logo service 2015, received an email 2022 asking to buy rights to logo or will sell to another company. Their T&Cs state I can continue to use the logo even if someone else purchases as I created with them prior to the new sale.

They wanted $800 then said $600 kept badgering me for money.

. By removing the Design symbol from our database, Company does not guarantee exclusivity of the purchased Design symbol nor its use by another company prior to this Sale Agreement. Customer understands removal is an automated process; Company does not guarantee the existence of Design icon variation in the database that may resemble the removed symbol due to system error.

Bought logo in 2017. Five years later they call me and email to tell me I owe more money to keep it. Badgering emails and threats of selling to another.

Please write in your cart that your file is no good for printing. so the people know what they are paying for. otherwise your services are good till you are not paid.

Show the correct cost for your product as your products are 10 times more then what you are showing in your cart. as what you are selling intially is no good for printing.

I was very worried about the DESIGN LOGO for our new business venture.

Thinking I could design my business logo myself, how hard could it be? Well unfortunately I had to learn the hard way until Richard came to the rescue! I'm very happy with my experience with DesignMantic. The process of creating my logo was simple and easy to understand. After I had paid for my design, I noticed a small flaw that was my own fault. After submitting a question via ticket, I was promptly answered and guided through how to correct a small error without having to pay again. They were friendly, courteous, and quick to respond. Loved the logo designs and was very happy with my purchased design. I looked into local business card designs/printing as I'm in the UK but did not like any of them as much as the matching design from DM.

The immediate response to my pre-sales query was great so I happily purchased two designs.

I made a couple of layout/formatting errors on one of the designs so I contacted DM support and this is where DesignMantic set themselves apart from everyone else - their customer support is simply excellent! Shaun was a great help in getting my design corrected and I'm very happy with the service I've received and will recommend DesignMantic to anyone.

I highly recommend designmantic. I purchased a logo and I had to change the lettering. I sent an email and was responded to quickly and was dealt with ease. Logos are great and the website is really easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

I originally found Designmantic on the web when I was searching for a company to design a company logo for us. When I reviewed some of the designs they had previously done, I was impressed by their designs.

I contacted them, and they were very helpful in helping me to select a design that represented my product. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded with sample designs, and I am totally pleased with the design they subsequently came up with.

Once I decided on a particular design, they provided me with a number of different formats that I could use for printers etc. I highly recommend them as a company, and special kudos to Shaun who made this an enjoyable experience.

I will admit that I was apprehensive about paying for a logo but I wanted it to be mine so I can use it in m business creations and to my surprise, the logo came out just how I created it, was easy to download in JPEG, PDF and PNG and works great! I even called the listed number, spoke to an actual person AND he gave me a 50% off coupon just for calling to say such nice things to them! I HAVE MY OWN LOGO AND LOVE IT! Sorry for all the folks that haven't had the best experience but I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a logo that they will love.

Very helpful and kind personal. If any troubles they are ready to help. I needed another format of my LOGO so they did it very quickly. I had not much expereince with anothe companies and cant compare the service there but I feel that there is not so much companies that provide so clear servoce as Designmantic. I like that I can for exaple create facebook and logo and your internate site, so everything that do your firma succesful. So I will advice them to my friend defenetely.

I emailed multiple companies for quotes on logo designs. I emailed with Design Mantic twice accidentally. They said it would be$100 to modify a logo from their site and$180 to design from scratch.

I modified a logo from their site and they charged$180. They won't refund because it was already billed. You can not trust these guys. They will rip you off and not refund.

I made a logo and saved it to my cart. The next day I changed the logo, and saved the changes, then bought the logo. The logo they have me was the old one!

It had even shown me the correct one when I hit buy. I had work to be done by that next morning so I fixed it and bought the right one.

I immediately sent them an email asking for a rebate on the first one. Got no response, so I called 10 days later. Beyond horrible customer service, they accused me of trying to cheat them. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that he didn't have one.

I asked who hired him, and he said there was no one else to contact. That if I sent another email he would forward it to his boss but was very rude and said his boss would do anything either because it was my mistake.

So I went over what happened again and he said it happened all the time with older Internet Explorer versions. I kept fighting and he offered to get me a business card logo that was saved in my cart but It had been changed to the incorrect version as well. I emailed again but am basically just out of the money and it's no longer worth my time. I wouldn't give them another dime. The customer service rep. said his name was "Lvo" I even asked him to spell it twice. So frustrating.

I had a launch of a training event for which I had to create logo. This essentially was for the branding purpose. The options I had were either to approach a designer through our internal corporate communications team or do it myself. Time was essentially the constraint here. I decided to do it myself. I was looking to design a logo for my start up company. After my few efforts, I came across

DesignMantic.com website and in a few more clicks it was all done. I was ready with a logo for

my company. I am really thankful to Designmatic.com, as it saved lot of my efforts in running

behind IT or graphic experts for designing it and also it saved my money which I had to pay them

in return. Logo which was designed was having very professional look and everyone appreciated

it. There are lot of options available at this site, to choose a symbol of your choice, adding tag

line, customizing colours and fonts. It is really very easy. I even tried some other similar websites

offering same services, but it was best out of all of them, as in many of other sites there was no

option to add tag line along with a logo and customizing options were even not that vast.
