This is one of the Biggest Fraud Company. All Company starff are fraud and not giving claims any one not paid commission to agent. All time giving a wrong commitments, only need for money no customers satisfaction.dont renew insurance in coverfox for anyone.

Service of coverfox.com has really been a pathetic one that I experienced in my life. Through online payment, my car insurance renewal money was paid on 10th February. I didn't receive a copy of my insurance. The agent was called by me several times who did not attend my call. I forwarded mail asking for an update and received an online response as, "You will receive the update soon". The reality is that the after-sales service of Coverfox is poor. Coverfox team offers so many things just to sell policies including cashless facility, roadside assistance, etc. and the cheaters don't care for their customers after sell.

Be aware coverfox is bullying customers by showing low price on the site and partners with some insurance companies in cheating the customers . They provide 50% NCB and then once your policy is done the partner insurance company sends you a notice to pay addtional amount saying that we are eligible only for 25% . This is the cheating gong on with coverfox . This happened to me and they have washed their hands - Please do not insure through coverfox at all . They provide false audio calls stating that you told them that you wanted 50% NCB . They are real cheats they tie up with such insurance companies and cheat the customer

I have renewed the insurance, since i checked in their websites they continously call me minimum daily two times. I am super irritated from the pattern they use to get customers. Such a crap nd nuisance they create. I advise not to use coverfox .. rather there are lot better apps.

I went for term insurance with HDFC Life through coverfox, but at the end I am only following up with all documents to provide and get the policy issued. Another major problem I went for single premium in starting and paid some 2lakhs in lumpsum but later I changed to 10 years premium. The coverfox person(i do not want to mention name) told confidently that it can be done and you will get your balance refund in 7-10 days. But the person information was wrong. Even after 15 days I did not get my balance amount back. Now I am following with HDFC Life for my policy status and with coverfox for getting my balance amount back. Very very frustrating specially when credit card payment date is near by and I have to pay the whole amount.

Please please purchase your policies directly from the companies not with any middle agents like coverfox.

I have renewed by two wheeler policy with coverfox agent , worst ever customer service and experience. Waiting for about 3 months from Dec2019 - till date march5 to claim a policy amount for two wheeler service done. Don’t ever go with coverfox in future my dear friends.

I paid money on 1/ feb for a 10/feb bike insurance renewal. 10 days later the money is stuck with them despite assurances that it would be credited to my account soon. Everytime a new person picks the thread and gives assurances.meanwhile I bought a new policy from a different vendor ( no choice).

When I start searching for a term plan I raised esquires through the site and later I got calls from Cover fox team and I started negotiating with A person Named Rohith(WhatsApp No-+919899111181 and+919990116622) and Dinesh Singh(dinesh.singh@coverfox.com). When I was abroad these guys given numerous calls for investing(6 calls a Day). Later on i'm agreed a plan and I payed premium and upon the request. it was informed by Rohith there will be a medical test before the policy approval(Policy submitted on 12/12/2019), after the payment these people are not replayed for my quires via mail and whatsapp.

It's a serious issue, personals working for a company and compelled for making payments and abscond! from all media. Coverfox need to ensure all their staff are genuine to public and work with some minimum ethics . There I no direct contact no to coverfox to call from abroad to resolve these kind of issues.

Totally disappointed and no idea what to do next to complete the process. Never Ever suggest anyone to use any service from Coverfox and the functions in any manner of this company should not be entertained or believed.

I will cancel the policy through HDFC and raise a complaint AGAINST COVERFOX THROUGH PROPER GOVT: CHANNEL.

COVERFOX CEO Mr. Premanshu Singh Should read all these comments and review their day to day activities. SO Upset with Service!

The basic one,

After the payment, they mention that they will send the insurance hard copy within a week to my address. But till now I didn't get that copy.

The hard one,

If any problem you get, and you try to resolve it with coverfox, it won't happen. Because firstly you won't even get proper communication with coverfox(many times).

But they are so quick in asking to renew the insurance policy with them. Please don't prefer Cover fox.

I bought insurance for my car through this site. Sales guy sold me a policy saying it covers 100% and his name is Safi Khan. A few months later when my car met an accident, I asked for a claim and it was rejected saying you can't ask for full claim as your policy is different and bla bla blac. They sell only those policies where they get the highest commission.

I purchased Bajaj Allianz - Future Gain Policy(0357940452) and it was issued on 22/02/2019. As per their T&C, I have right to cancel the same within 30 days if I needed.

After few days, I requested to cancel my policy on 05 March 2019; because of my personal reason. The request was sent to: shubhi.joshi@coverfox.com, investment@coverfox.com, help@coverfox.com and customercare@bajajallianz.co.in.

I sent several emails the them to cancel the same and requested for refund, but till date I did not receive any positive response from them.

Most of my communications were done with Shubhi Joshi and Neeta Bisht(9990101622).

Unfortunately, I could not get my Rupees 8, 500 back till day, which I had paid against the first premium.
