Service of coverfox.com has really been a pathetic one that I experienced in my life. Through online payment, my car insurance renewal money was paid on 10th February. I didn't receive a copy of my insurance. The agent was called by me several times who did not attend my call. I forwarded mail asking for an update and received an online response as, "You will receive the update soon". The reality is that the after-sales service of Coverfox is poor. Coverfox team offers so many things just to sell policies including cashless facility, roadside assistance, etc. and the cheaters don't care for their customers after sell.
