The basic one,
After the payment, they mention that they will send the insurance hard copy within a week to my address. But till now I didn't get that copy.
The hard one,
If any problem you get, and you try to resolve it with coverfox, it won't happen. Because firstly you won't even get proper communication with coverfox(many times).
But they are so quick in asking to renew the insurance policy with them. Please don't prefer Cover fox.
