Third class service , manegement
I purchased TVs Jupiter 125 one month ago, now it's my 1st free service and i am facing worst service as they gives preference to paid service 1st , for 1 st service they said it will took 7 to 8 hrs as your service is free so , The bike selling person Mr. Arvind is not even support after selling the bike . I faced wrost service by manegement so please don't buy vehicles from TVS Kalamkar Hadapsar

Myself Tushar khade I have booked tvs Jupiter zx on 30/05/2022 in Hadapsar, pune showroom, the sales executive give me commitment that they deliver vehicle on 03/05/2022 but he refuses on his committment. Sales executive and General manager of the showroom refuses to take any responsibility. They are not adhering to there commitment. When I said cancel my booking then sales executive arbaz talked arrogantly and said cancel your booking. The staff of showroom also not good not satisfy with showroom. This has caused lot of trouble and mental stress. Request your assistance on priority.

Never ever think of buying vehicle from Kalamkar Motors Hadapsar pune.
Very pathetic service and they are careless!
They never stick to their words. When I was buying they had committed for corporate discount of 1200rs after buying they were least bothered and end up saying that my bike not eligible for the claim.
They called me to leave the bike for number passing.
When I left the vehicle told them to take care of it.
Even after saying they were so careless left with lots of scratchs and when I questioned them they were blaming on me.
I had bought the vehicle with full payment and I end up having such pathetic experience.
Totally irresponsible service. Worst service.
I had book bike 1 month before still registration pending. No response from their sales team and manager.
There is no one helping or giving clarity on issues. They are just collecting money.
I have purchase Sccoty Pep form this dealer. I am booked before dasara 20 days ago. till my document not ready. The Staff is absolutely unprofessional and they don't know for document about information even I met manager he also not explain about my documents given by them. My Purchase price and I have received invoice are calculation are difference around Rs. 1500/- but they dont explained how this difference. He given extra Rs. 1500 from me. they are fraud.
I went to Kalamkar TVS for repairing of my Apache 160 4V. The junior executive told me to deliver the vehicle by evening and when in evening I called him up he told it's still under operation and he would provide me the bike by morning next day.
The next he didn't pickup my phone(his name was nana something), I called up their receptionist who told me to deliver it by noon. In noon I called her up and she told the spare parts aren't available right now and bike is dismantled so she won't be able to deliver it before evening. I could smell something fishy now, by 4:00 pm I went to their workshop and saw my bike there completely dismantled and it was just lying over there. There was not a single mechanic to attend it. I just went to the workshop supervisor Vishal and briefed him whole scenario.
He was really a very good man. He understood my problem and got angry on his staff for letting the vehicle in without checking the availability of spare parts. I had to get my oil seal changed so this man, Vishal provided me with complete front fork assembly without charging me a single penny.
The three stars I provide here are only because of workshop supervisor.
Junior staff just doesn't know to deal with customers. They will once for all close this shop.
Very bad service. It was my first service and they did it so bad that now m worrying about my bike. No proper cleaning, gear started making sound.
The Staff is absolutely unprofessional and they don't even know about how to talk with the customer. The after sale service is also very third class. They show that as if they are doing a favour that they are selling us a bike.
Recently I have visited to this showroom with my family. I was so excited as it was my wife’s birthday& I wanted to gift her Jupiter scooter.
But the experience with this shop was horrible ??. When we entered to the shop, there was no one to welcome or to ask for our requirements. When I approached to one of the staff member, he seems to be already exhausted& showing no interest in the discussion. It was afternoon time& since the showroom is with all the glass door, the inside atmosphere was so hot& humid that I requested to the staff to turn on the air conditioner. In response he told me that AC’s were on till now& they just switched off. Then I asked them if they can switch it on fan. Another disappointing response from that guy saying can’t turn on the fan as those are only for the staff at the reception.
This two incidents were so disappointing that I immediately stood up complaining about this behaviour& left the shop. None of the staff members seems interested to understand/know my concern.
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND OTHERS NOT TO VISIT THIS SHOP, DUE TO ILL BEHAVIOUR& ZERO VALUE TO THE CUSTOMER.A HUGE THUMBS DOWN ??
Very poor service. Estimated a different price before servicing and increased the bill by 1000 rs after the service. They had no proper explanation of the bill. They charged total 1600 for tax and labour which is not acceptable. Very bad experience.
They did not give proper breakup of the bill.
I purchased tvs jupiter from kalamkar tvs two years ago.My experience with their facility is good. They delivered my bike within time. I got some discount on accessories. They everytime informed me about free scheduled serviceing. But I am not so happy with their serviceing because they take around 6 hours for serviceing which is not convinient to all.
In hadapsar there is only one dealer for tvs bike that is kalamkar, so if you want to buy tvs bike kalamkar tvs is only option for you.
