My complain against SOFTWARE below is the mail written to Sony Electronics

I got this mail id from the SONY Customer executive Mr.Pankaj during a conference call between SONY Service Engineer Mr.Mallikarjuna of SREE Balaji Electronics, chikadpally, hyderabad and myself.
Sir my SONY HTIV300 Home theater Reciever is at Service center with an software complaint. they are telling that since its a out of warranty (purchased on 15th Sep 2017 at SONY ELECTRONICS, Hyderabad for Rs 21000/-) the board costs Rs 5780/-. Here the software is inbuilt with the Board which can not be reset/ Restore / Flash memory. I dont understand the software that is crashed and the Reciever got hanged indicating "TV" mode in display. Remote is functioning ON/OFF/Volume UP/Down only rest all are hanged.
Tell me one reason why i have to bare the expenses that related to software. why it is not Reset / Restore. Sony shall be liable to all the software related issues and this is purely evident from customer service engineer explained to Mr.Pankaj about the issue. software can not be re installed if it gets crap normally it doesnt happen in any but here in this case it happened. the only solution is to replace the board .
My Home Theater set was packed since JULY 2017 due to house shift, For the reason of Christmas and New Year we have opened the packing box then we came across this issue. we havent felt the SONY surround sound untill now. this was a disappointment movement after all i recognised lately this was out of warranty..
i have attached the job sheet, screenshots everything in this email. i have met a problem that should get rectified even in new upgraded models. software shall be installed in the ROM not a microrprocessor or a Board.
SONY shall resolve this issue and waveoff the amount for changing the module at service center SREE BALAJI ELECTRONICS, Chikadpally, Hyderabad.

Request SONY shall take care of all that happened for Software related issue.

Friends i didnot buy this product for one year , i thought atleast for some years. The biggest issue is SONY cant rewrite the software without replacing the component
Better buy a recent brands that atleast give software garuntee
