I purchased this TV in the year 2020 October by paying 53300 for its brand value though other brands were available in the market at a cheaper rate.Now with in a span of 3 years and few months the display has gone.When contacted they say that I have to pay 28000 for new display.Some other brands new set is available at this rate.It is absolute loot.They don't stand with the customer for valuing their brand.This is not only my experience many of my friends are facing similar issue with in 4 years. Don't ever believe in Sony TV for it Brand value.

I'm using this Sony Bravia KDL 32W600A and sadly I'm not satisfied with it's performance. It's disappointed me with so much issues like it's picture quality is not so good not as my expectations. It's build quality also seems so cheap. It's sound quality also one of the issue which I faced not proper sound quality also some cracking sound come from it sometimes. It's sometimes blanks also and suddenly gets off which makes me angry while watching my fav show. I couldn't rely on it to watch a full show or movie because it can cutoff anytime. Hope this review will help you to make your decision.

I was very excited about getting this TV after watching my existing Sony TV for 15 years and it still works. Unfortunately this TV turns itself off frequently. I have pursued every Sony option to stop this (including Sony remote access to make changes) but this has not solved the problem. Sony tells me to unplug it and restart among numerous other suggestions. I am out of patience and purportedly Sony will send a technician to attempt to resolve this problem. Reading other consumer reviews, this problem appears to be a trend with this model and an inherent problem with Sony TVs. I regret buying this TV and urge anyone interested in this model to avoid it and buy another brand. I do NOT recommend Sony.

I bought one 3 days ago...for 51, 000 rupees.

Incuded a 3 year extended warranty...

The TV is sold without a stand or it's so called "feet"!

To add insult to injury, the store tells me it is the job of a designated Sony technician would come home to fix the feet or provide the wall mount!

I totally regret buying it- it is just an incomplete product!

My sincere advice - do not buy any Sony product that is not sold as a whole piece...

I guess I will have to return it to the store and choose another, as I have waited 3 full days for the unseen technician.

Is there no law that prevents such sale?

How is the licence granted for selling an incomplete product?

I purchased a Sony OLED A8G 55 inch television on Oct'2020 costing 1.5 lks and in 2.5 years of moderate usage the screen has blacked out. The service center has quoted INR 60k+ for screen replacement.

What's disappointing is Sony is not willing to acknowledge that the product is of inferior quality and their response was cold and not even willing to empathise the customer. Sony has still not given me a root cause of the issue, there is no physical damage nor any issue with the electronics.

They are not even willing to give goodwill discount for the screen replacement.

Please do not buy Sony OLEDs they are unreliable and service center wants to just extract money from customers.

I will never buy a Sony product in the future.

I bought OLED tv in 2020 and within 2 year TV panel was giving problem, issue with display lines appearing on top of the TV panel and started to get very bad picture quality, complain to Sony TV but they could could not solve the problem for may months, after repeated complain they informed that TV panel to be replaced that wiil cost 60000 INR, with in 2 year panel was damaged, my TV viewing is just one hour day, cost 60K in 2 year, please do not buy any of Sony OLED TV very bad experience

For my sony TV Model 46W 950 first they told speakers have gone bad. They sent a estimate for change of speakers at a cost around 5200. Then on my approving the estimate, the service center casually replied that the speakers are now discontinued

In my opinion SONY TV Services the worst. Any mail to the service center they only acknowledge but no reply . Horrible callousness. Insensitive service team.

SONY TV( may be a world leader) but services the worst.
