Helo friend Today I am leaving a mark on Samsung smart tv:-

It is an affordable smart tv.

It provides many built-in features with a good compatiblity.

Samsung smart tv cost is enough within a budget that means it cost is not above than 30, 000.

It provides many integrated features with better services.

Samsung smart tv provide services of cloud , social media and various latest application which are very innate for kids as well as senior citizens.

It work as a fully computerized device in which we can do various operation and manipulation.

We also operate it with the use of mobile phone and there is an Alexa which will cache our words and convert it into machine understandable which is understood by smart television and again convert it into human understandable language.

I have purchased samsung smart tv last year it is very good in performance and provide the feature of artificial intelligence.

Samsung Smart Tv does not support Bose Soundlink Revolve and Revolve plus speakers but other brands like TCL and LG Smart TVs support it. Is there any bug from Samsung or Bose?

According to the quality of Samsung products it must change its name to SAM-DUNG as products are worse than animal waste.

I bought Samsung LED week back and there is no clarity at all for SD or HD channels except for songs at 1080Pixel.

I drop complaint to Samsung and technician named Vikas came below is the feedback

Played HD movies from YouTube: Not Clear

Reason by Vikas Samsung Technician: Old HD movie you will not be able to watch, then he played the 2019 movie with the same result. So he stopped playing movies as HD movie qualities are not clear. I insisted on playing any other movie but he refused. I requested him shall I play the same movie on my other TV to check if the movie quality is bad or SAMSUNG product is useless, he refused

Next turn Netflix: Same nothing clear. Reason Given: This is HD TV and since you have taken the top pack of Netflix so you cannot watch Netflix as well

Then Next turn Tata Sky: Too much Blurryface nothing clear, again this was the problem with Tata sky

Then he played Songs on You Tube: Song 1 Nothing clear, Song 2 Nothing clear, then he searched among 100 songs to find which will be clearly visible. At last he found a song which was clear at 1080 Pixel and then he said since I am able to play one song clearly so there is no problem with the Product.

In Fact this is the best this product can perform.

Samsung made all his products very well and his display also well and this is better from others companies like redmi, realme, oppo etc.

Btw I also use only samsung phones because his quality was better than others I have samsung A50 so better than others than I told to others also to use only samsung phones only and my also advice to all my friends and who can saw my review pls use only samsung phones his battery backup is also good from others so at last I will tell you avoid all phones in presence of samsung

This an amazing tv with a good sound quality. It has a lot's of features. It has a huge display screen and HDR quality and is bright enough so that it will be harmless for your eves

Hello , I am going to share my review on "Samsung 43 inch Full HD Smart Tv" . I have purchased this TV one year ago . I have got totally a worst experience on this product . One year of using , I have found so many problems . The customer support is also not so much great . The look is quite simple , they must do it in a attractive way . Comparing the features part and product quality with price , the price is much high .

Video quality : I have found not much good quality of video in the TV . The colour effect of the video is not much grear , I am totally disappointed with the product quality .

Sound reception : The sound reception we get is also average . Some times it lacks sound while running program on TV . So sound system is quite low .

Sound effect : The sound effect is also quite low . The sound effect goes low while running program .

The Tv has a so many problems , so my honest recommendation is not to use this .

It is a colour TV, it's comes in different sizes and colors and every colour is best it's is the best TV in your budget . You can use YouTube and play games in this TV and you can fixed it on the wall

I prefer you to buy this TV this is the best one in your budget

I bought my samsung smart TV of 42inc smart led display .I was worked fawlessly and the picture clarity and color after adjustment are better than the sharp TV it replase . The setup was relatively easy , but required reeding and following instruction for the menu functions beyond seeting basic function like the language , picture, audioand display. Many of the functions are not intuitive as they are layered where in addition the port seeting , you need to seetup the source connetion on the set screen.

My rewiew about TV- It is an outstanding tv I have ever seen and I would like to buy another upcoming smart tv like Q-LED

I purchased a 55 Inch smart TV on 30th Sept 2019, and yesterday on 25th Jan 2020 the display of my TV is broken with lines across the screen vertically and horizontally. I called up customer care and they sent out an expert to assess the TV and provide a solution. To my surprise the Service expert came and turned on the TV and very nonchalantly concluded that the display was broken due to external damage which he could not see.

I spoke with him that there is no damage and there is not a single scratch on the TV, he went ahead and inspected the TV and concluded that there is no external damage that can be seen but the display is broken because of external damage and I cannot prove it.

I find the statement contradicting as the expert says the display is broken because of external damage but he cannot see any damage. I spoke with the highest level of escalation at the customer case and Mr. Valan ARASU from Chennai very rudely and unprofessionally and vociferously stated that Samsung cannot do anything about it, it will not be included in the Warranty period and I will need to pay 26, 000 for the the repair.

I have attached the Service report where he mentions that the damage cannot be seen on the TV.

I find this very hard to believe that a company like Samsung will handle customer complaints such unprofessionally and the conduct of the experts was so poor and they did not want to hear what I had to say and concluded that we dont need to prove the external damage but we will not cover this under warranty.
