I Bought This TV 2 months since . And This Is The Worst Decision Of My Life . This TV Picture Quality Is Very Bad In This TV There are Very Big Dots Appearing In THis TV . And Sound Reception Of This TV is Also Very Bad If You Like Low Volume Than Don`t Buy This TV . This TV Sound Reception gets Sometime very Low And Sometime Very High .

If You don`t Think About Picture Quality Than You Can Go For It Because Its Value Of Money Is Good Comparision To Other TV, s . But Samsung Service Not So Good When I Face Problems With My TV I Contact To The Service Providers . After Knowing My Problem After$ Days They Come To Solve The Problem .

I Don't Know whether The service Team of Samsung India gets the salary or Not, Forget it this is non of our business. What a Consumer Wants is if he is Investing his hard earned money in anything he wants the worth of the product. but it seems nothing is working with Samsung Electronics.

I have been following these People with a complaint for last 15 days and the Guys from service team is not addressing my complaint Even they are not ready to respond.

I just don't Understand what kind of services are they offering to customer, these peoples are relay irresponsible someone from customer care had given me the complaint number which is just useless.

I bought this TV 5 days back and since them I am suffering. I bought it for its looks, size and affordability assuming basic qualitiy standard expected of Samsung. The moment I swithced on the TV there was green patch on the top left corner of the TV.

I complained in the customer care for which they told me its a magnetic field around my TV set. I followed all their techincal suggestions to no benifit. Upon calling again there was a simiailr response I as still awaiting their engineer as my nightmare continues.

I purchased this piece of crap 4 days back. I think I made the worst decision of my life going for this tv. It is really good to be kept as a show piece but if u turn it on then its hell.

The picture quality is very bad. It is very dark and the colors are not real. I had geometrical problems with the display(uneven picture).

I called up customer support(it is really good to talk to them and they are very helpful). But the technician who came in was very rude and he him self did not know how to take care of the issue. He worked on the tv for 4 hrs( 2 hrs a day). Instead of improving the picture quality he in turn made the picture worse and the above that he started arguing that the picture is look better that before. So at the end I told him to leave and called up the dealer and got the TV replaced. Now I got the LG29FU1RG slim tv and it is working fine.

This TV looks cool but has a very bad picture quality. You can see larger dots as pixels. The menu options are good. You have features like EASY view which is good if you have CABLE connection (i mean not DISH connection). You can group channels as per your wish. Like you can group the channels into Sports, news, movies, music etc.

If you are not very particular about picture quality you can go a head and buy this TV.

Also if you don't like high volume, this is not the TV for you. The volume control is digital and sometime changing one unit will reduce sound too less or high. That's of course there with all high wattage TVs.

But it is very affordable when compared to other TVs.

I purchased the Samsung 29"CTV CS29Z57 in Feb08 and it was a new model just introduced. I purchase cause my earlier 21" wsa samsung and I was happy with it. However this new model wsa disappointing overall. I am listing the Pros and Cons in comparision to other brands Plus: -Superb Looks-First sight my friends asked me whether it was LCD TV! -V.Slim dimension and needs less space for a 29" TV Unsatisfactory: -Poor quality of remote. The button controls and action test your patience.

The Samsung remotes that came in year 2000/01 were excellent. -Although there are many sound controls, overall you dont feel satisified with audio quality when watching a English movie. -The picture quality is nothing great to write about and is average. -There is a loud beep sound when you switch ON or OFF the TV. This is nuisance when others are asleep. Overall a average stuff
