Hd tv gives good clearty picture to watch any serial. Young people watch television for longer hours because of several factors. First is the stress at studies and work. As youngsters strive to complete and work hard at the end of the day, a need for relaxation emerges and they opt for watching television. Its a big screen hd television. And their are a good hd tv another than sony tv.

Really this TV provides you real fell of HD Television and no doubt it is a Hd tv but either you can watch more clear picture on this tv

although there is no very good pixel quality is there but still it gives you a better fell for hd picture.

Picture Quality- It is having a awsome picture quality like HD Quality television is having qaulity.

Sound Reception- Sound Qaulaity is very good and better than other in such price.

Value for money- Yes there is value for money in this product and no one can compare its quality in such money.

Service & Support- both are awsomw and reiliable.

CS-29Z40 is a 100Hz flat TV. 100 Hz TV gives you a flicker free

picture. Most flat TVs give you a 50-60 Hz picture and computer

monitors offer 80 Hz. So, comparatively 100 Hz offers you the best

picture.

Now, the ups and downs:

Ups:

Design: The Slim Fit design takes a less space than conventional TVs.

The dual tone color and the sleek look makes the TV look like an

LCD/Plasma TV.

Picture: The picture tube is good. Colors come better and contrast is good too. The black looks black, no hint of white.

Connectivity: 2 component video connections, 1 composite connection and S-Video in. What else do you need?

Sound Features: SRS TruSurroundXT is a good surround option.

Downs:

Sound: The tech specs say its 250 W, but when plugged with a DVD

player, you'll be playing at readings of Volume meter. The sound is

less as compared to others. The speakers do not live the expectations. SRS TruSurround gives good effect, but sounds better with stereo.

DNIe: DNIe is supposed to better the picture, but it worsens it. More,

it cannot be switched off; no menu option available. It automatically

tries to sharpen the picture and thats where it fails.

Headphone: No headphone out.

In brief, the TV set is awesome. I previously ahd Philips 29 inch 100 hz. I dont remember the model no, but it was returned in 6 months. The TV set had some vertical scrolling problem. Then I bought this model and have been using since last one year. No problem till date.

I had purchased a Samsung CS29Z40 TV. This was a 29" and 100 Hz TV. This is a Slimfit TV. SO the space occupied is less. The Picture quality is Excellent even in normal Cable.

Disappointment is that this TV is only 27" and not 29" as said in all the brochures. I found this when many of my relatives said my TV doesn't seem to be of 29". When I measured the TV I found it to be 27" only. Samsung Support center says that the 2" have gone in the side speaker area for holding the picture tube.

But I believe they should Sell / advertise this TV to be 27" only and not as 29". This is misrepresentation.

I had visited the Dealers in Mumbai many times for this specific model as I heard that the 100Hz model will give better clarity. I felt the clarity was better than even the LCD TVs.

The prices have been dipping from 29, 500/- to 26, 500/- when I purchased and again the prices dipped to 24, 500/- within 1 month. I paid 10, 000/- more for getting the 100Hz TV.

I have not seen any other 100Hz TV in the Indian Market till date.Another great feature is the PIP. We can watch 2 Channels at the same time. This is quite useful in a family. I understood from dealers that PIP work only with Normal Cable & not with Set top Box.

But I felt cheated on loosing 2" of the TV.
