Mi LED Smart TV 4X (65)

Purchased Mi 4x 65 inch smart TV directly from mi online with extended warranty, but the screen is having an issue with grey patch mark visible on white or light color screen. Mi support team nor mi team supporting to rectify the issue nor purchase details and warranty details not available in there system, when have shared the invoice copy with warranty, mi help desk accepted the purchase details and they could not update extended warranty in their mi system. Very pathetic support and service team, they never respond to the complaint raised, instead they close the ticket as resolved without speaking to us nor resolve the issue. Don't ever buy mi tv. Worst experience with investing 55000/ fifty five thousand.

I did call Xiaomi many times for extended warranty. Its a scam. They said only at the time installation it can be done. The service technician will never close your installation. So I called him again for MiTV warranty extended for 1+1 year. Now the shopkeeper sends me a link , to pay 1499-.i pay for Mi TV. I hate to tell you that I get a zooper warranty.

In starting year it works good after that you will be getting some defects, like I get a sound defect it give you chirping voice, according to my view this tv is cheaper and a average kind of tv but quality compromise.

There are too many benefits of a smart tv but everything have advantages as well as a lot of disadvantages. We can see that if a smart tv has a lot of advantages so there is also smart tv has a lot of disadvantages. Advantages of smart TV are: -

( 1) It has good quality of picture.

( 2) Its size is bigger than a normal tv.

( 3) Its sound is also better than other televisions.

Disadvantages of smart tv are: -

( 1) it makes our eyes ability to see very weak.

( 2) it sound is good but due to good sound we increase its volume which causes sound too much that affect our ears power of hearing very weak.

In my home we are using mi tv , we brought up for six months.its remote is very nice working, we can able to play games , movies , apps by paying a small amount, it is a wonderful tv.in future smart tv is playing a role in television, on that mi is the king of that all.
