Shipment 520623768 was broken completely and i had insured the goods however it’s been approx 4 years, I haven’t received any compensation and neither i am receiving any response from team now. Worst service in case they damage insurance.

The entire tracking system is a fraud, nothing gets updated in their portal,

the customer service representative was very rude and arrogant

They don't care about the client's emergency and the value of the parcel.! Rude behavior, very late in delivering the goods

The customer service representative was very rude and arrogant....rather than listening to the customer he was forcing his same point...very bad experience taking to the customer care....Some once should teach them empathy...since someone is calling for help...not to listen to some arrogant on the other side

Absolute unprofessionalism, bizzare logics, no respect for customer, pathetic experience .

This was the first time I was Shifting through a Packers company

So like everyone else, I googled Movers & Packers Delhi to Jabalpur

The number I got was of someone from Spot on services

I especially travelled to Delhi by road from Jabalpur just to get the packing and moving done .

I was told that my luggage would reach Jabalpur in 5-6 working days

23rd Of July my luggage was packed and taken by them

I paid 200 rs to person who packed the luggage

I had to pay RS 9000 for the whole

But when I receive the Bill, there is 18% IGST and some Doscet as well

So I had to pay 11200+ 200

IGST was not a problem, unprofessionalism was. The manager should have told me about the IGST, my byke and bags reached Nagpur by 30th of July

I was happy as it only takes 5 hours to reach Jabalpur from Nagpur

I thought maximum 2 days it would take

It's been 12 days, since my belongings reached Nagpur

It's been 20 days since my belongings were taken

And everytime I asked the person who coordinated with me I am told it will reach in 2 days

Now he has even stopped replying.

I don't wish to go to the consumer forum or initiate any other legal proceedings

I hope someone from Spot on redresses my greviances

Whoever is reading this review, sorry for the long post but please spend an extra 1000-2000 bucks but please don't use their services
