The service experience left much to be desired, failing to meet even basic expectations. Disappointingly, there was a glaring lack of responsiveness to customer concerns. Specifically, the senior team, notably Vikash Singh, displayed ineffectiveness in addressing issues adequately, leaving customers feeling frustrated and neglected. It raises questions about the company's standards for retaining personnel. On a slightly brighter note, a few committed individuals did attempt to rectify our issues, albeit unsuccessfully. In sum, our overall experience was tainted by indifferent service, leaving us thoroughly unsatisfied.

I am the User of Rediffmail.com for many years. The email is user friendly and good to use. Other than gmail I like Rediffmail.com.

I also follow the news published in Rediff.com main page every day. after my constant observation I see the political news published in Rediff.com is targeting a particular political party and a Person.

I know social media has a power of freedom but when rediff wants to take news to people, I feel they should publish the right news and not one sided news.

No use of wasting the time on rediff, but still may be I can stop some one to create this blunder, firstly its a rowdy helpline they always try to some way hang the call, they will not be able to help you, 2. their app is made in 1947 before independence 3. you will not be able to reach their sales team, put a message you will not get response 4. lately I found some mails not getting delivered, you will not be able to get help on that, 5. they will not support on the third party apps

Rediffmail provides free email Id's like gmail.

Once I tried RediffMail account so I can put my career related mail separated from other promotions and junk mails.

So, I open up the account of rediffmail.com. As soon as I open an account I first saw the UI of system. And believe me its so basic and irritating. All the page is blinking with the advertisements.

It is worst mailing platform I had seen till now.

Then Obviously I shift back to gmail.com.

I have been using this service, rediffmail since the last 5 years it's background is yet simple as it was earlier. it requires lesser data to carry out the same tasks as compared to other e-mail platforms and divides all your e-mails into 3 categories junk, bulk and inbox. it is quite resistant to bugs and prones and has helped me make my work simpler by organizing it accordingly. due to its simple alpha stage setup I am able to focus on my work, it contains all what a person requires rather than gmail consisting of unnecessary functions.

Reliable; fast: uncluttered like some other more well known ones.

All features available for grammar, styling etc

completely new overhaul of interface is an improvement.

I used rediffmail for mailing purpose. As compared to gmail and yahoo mails rediffmail is too bad. They provide very less function for there users. There are no storage option and many of function not available like you can not saved important mails, select all to delete option is not available. So, functionally it's not good.

Rediffmail is easy to use but only important functions are not there. Its user friendly and very easy to use.

Rediffmail is very easy to install in mobile and other devices.

Speed to this website is slow. Mails comes very slowly.

Rediffmail didn't provide any support to there users, that's biggest disadvantage of rediffmail.

So, overall it's not good site for emails.

RediffMail isn't trust worthy. You could lose your email over a period of time and there's no solution to recover is. It's very strange how come they didn't thought all this while starting an Email service.

#1. Help Functionality: I lost my important emails which were around 2 years old and I did all I can using the Help Functionality to get the email but I can't. I had some Provident Fund data from my previous employer and it was sent on my RediffMail is and I never recovered it. Help Functionality is useless.

#2. User Friendly: It isn't user friendly because the basic Folder functionality is so cumbersome that you'll feel to switch to some other Email service. You cannot make Folders in which you store emails quickly and you cannot access all those at once. You've to open Folder link then only you'll see and sometime it's lost too.

#3. Ease of Installation: There Android app is easy to install but is useless because you can only access RediffMail account using it While other Email Clients or App give user liberty to access their and other Email over their App.

#4. Feature/Functions: It doesn't offer the arrays of Function other Emails provides. Like it lacks the basic pasting the Image into the mail body directly. You cannot attach big Email attachments as there's a very poor limit. Catching the Junk and Spam email Function is also not good and you'll have to delete such email manually.

#5. Service Support: Service's very poor. I lost my old emails and only time I contacted them and the Support team said it can'y help to trace personal data. Their Network team confirmed to them there was no loss of information. Even after explaining to them multiple times I didn't got any help from them.

I use rediffmail coz sometimes when I need to transfer some files quick, from my pc to frens or even myself, I prefer going to redff.com rather than gmail or outlook or mail.com etc. They take more time in opening their page than rediff.com. So my view toward Reddiffmail has changed a lot recently, it better than before and improving.

Even on low internet connection rediff.com would open more faster than other sites.which I practically observed.

But it needs more attractive Themes, and Cloud/online drive service.that would make it more user friendly that now.

Hello friends, this is my views about rediffmail service . actually 70% of people use gmail for mails and other data transfers only few use this rediffmail. I use rediffmail but it is not that good and user friendly as gmail. some times I am unable to get the mails to my inbox . I personally send the mail to my rediffmail and checked that I did not receive it to inbox and not even junk mail folder. some mails are missing with out the user access. the main drawback is the security system is not good and they send many promotional messages from their rediff shopping and their business promotions. the design is also not perfect it does not have any personal folder options and no drive to store our data. the support and help features are totally nill because they not even respond back to our mails they only send the system generated automatic mail responses. I am not recommending this rediffmail.

I have been using this mail system since 2010 and and I must say I never liked it.

The problem with this system is that its slow, and buggy. Sometimes it takes too much time load and in a time when i'm hurrying to do things, it can get really annoying. Also sometimes the mails take too much time to deliver. There was a time when I had sent an email but it kept saying that the message has been failed to be delivered and it happend so many times that I got frustrated.

If it weren't for the loading time, and the bugs this would have been a good mail system.

I am using rediffmail since 2005. My primary email ID is associate with Rediffmail.com email service and that's one of the biggest mistake I have committed in my life. Rediffmail also have mobile application to access on smartphones but both of this website and application are just incompetent to serve what we are looking forward. RediffMail.com is just nothing in compare to Gmail and other email services. There is lack of smoothness. Unnecessary mails are consistently getting received though I have added them into junk mail. Most importantly in both the RediffMail.com website and their smartphone apps one back button should be implemented to reach the home screen from any sub folder. The zooming option needs some improvement. Sometimes downloaded attachments couldn't be opened giving an error like "parse error." While writing this review I also found one interesting thing is RediffMail doesn't even comes under top five mostly used email services all across the world. I found most of my colleagues and junior fellows to use other email services like gmail, yahoomail, aolmail or even outlook mail. Overall both the RediffMail website and application have so many small small things to improve and to implement to regain its popularity among young people.

Rediffmail is the fastest email service provider. I have my account with almost all the email service sites, but I was really impressed with the way rediffmail’s performance. Actually I had created a junk account so that I could direct all my unwanted mails and boring newsletters to this account, but seeing the performance I was forced to get my personal mails to this account. Earlier use to open it once in a week that to just to delete the unwanted mails. The look on the mails have also changed with added features of the chat and SMS on the mails for quick preview. The new look of rediffmail definitely deserves praise. I think rediffmail still remains one of the fastest mail services with a space of 10 MB which is far more than frequently used services. With this new launch of mobile system, rediff and rediffmail will definitely receive a boost in the number of clients. I think it is a site on which everyone should have an e-mail account.

In my opinion rediffmail comes on no. 2 slot, because I am also using gmail, as it is mandatory these days if one is using android mobile, but other than gmail, if there is any good service available that is only rediffmail, the reason I am telling this, that apart from mailing service once you open it, you get current news but one can say yahoo also does that, but unlike yahoo this mailing system is very fast and light, it opens fast and you can send emails really fast, in order to open its email you do not need high speed internet connection, it opens in 2g speed also, which is very good for people who uses internet in some village area.

It has their own shopping section also and that shopping section looks not very expensive, so if you like you can go for it, just select your product and buy it.

I am using rediff.come from quite some time and I honestly like to tell that my experience with the website is very good. It is very very easy to use the website. Logs in quite fast and even the attachmentsmallest are very fast. The website is very simple in looks but it doesn't matter until my purpose of emails is satisfactory. The website performs consistently and has lots of sections other than emails. It is very informative also. The website is also very easy to use. Works well with chrome and as far as service and technical support is concerned never felt the need for it. Great Site and good performance.

Rediffmail, I had started using in initial days when I started working. But really it's not having that much good appearance/features unlike Gmail or Yahoo mail.

It's very accessable just by sing up on Rediffmail and start exploring. Even storage mailing space is not enough unlike other mails, mails take time to send on another server like Gmail or Yahoo.

Rediff is not having another option like Google drive only can get mail and upload file of a very specific size. Feature need to develop else not good easy to access by new user of internet.

RediffMail is quite typical appearance as compared to another. It's not user friendly I did not like Rediff rest up to u.

RediffMail services are so slow and not acceptable by lots of website to create an account unlike Gmail.

Im still using rediffmail since 4 year and I have found that this is not a great mailing site. Whenver I emai any gmail account msg showing that theres no user with this name.

I didnt think this is easy to use for beginner so guys try any alretnate option for mail like gmail.

And after installing this app they keep asking for update in 3 or 4 days, this is horrible. Features are very less well better to you any email domain namr if you have busniess.

Service and coustmer support are very slow, you might get week to answer youre question.

I'm a new person of Rediffmail. Sorry to say this, but I do no longer adore it. Frankly, it is no in which near to name it a expert e-mail. Though I do not adore it, I will begin by mentioning an excellent experience about it and then i'm able to give an explanation for all the flaws it has. Desirable: SMS can be despatched to any mobile quantity. Horrific: 1) Messages which can be predicted to be in Inbox are frequently despatched to junk. Its just disgusting. 2) design isn't always appealing at all. 3) I does now not paintings swiftly. It's far just uninteresting. Guys, if you are already a rediff consumer, I have not anything to say. However if you need to be a new one, please do now not try for this. I do not advise it for brand new consumer on the basis of experience.

Why do you need so many unnecessary permissions? Address Auto complete/Search from past emails & Address Book not available. Does not auto-save email addresses for future use even from'SENT' emails! 1) Address Auto complete/Search from past emails & Address Book not available. Does not auto-save email addresses! 2) Unable to mark SPAM PERMANENTLY. 3) Unable to delete spam emails from inbox permanently! Spam remains intact! 4) Does not FILTER SPAM MESSAGES at all! All types of SPAM enters my inbox despite having marked as SPAM multiple times! 5)
