This software is for only small company like shop and one room office because you can not customize according your need and support services is very poor if you have issues then write in chatbot and wait on same screen other wise nothing will get.so one person should always keep busy with them. I never suggest this software above 20 employees.

We recently bought this Pocket HRMS HR Payroll software. This software is sluggish and unreliable, whatever it promises. Poor customer support and not at all customizable. Proper HR payrolls process and implementation issue is a great concern in this. Overall, the software is not good, and we never prefer it.
Pocket HRMS does a great job for our business. They automate payroll and other time-consuming tasks for our Human Resource team and their customer support is open to adjusting the software to our needs.
Definitely, a pleasurable experience using Pocket HRMS.
