Paymo is an worthless software designed for modern work management.It does not allow tracking the cost of each project until its completion.Nor does it allows for the application of agile methodologies to project management, and its monitoring of milestones is quite slow and not very customizable.It is not good for handling or budgeting resources.Job report creator of paymo is not customizable enough , Agenda to work with booking shows very little information at first glance about the plans so it becomes very difficult to know what each project is.Paymo is a little chunky in places and some things feel like they are still in here.There are a couple of things ( multiple selection importing from other tools) that do not exist.Paymo has a great disadvantage and is not being able to pay the monthly invoice through Paypal, we would like to add this feature to improve the user's exeprience.The paymo app does not stands comparison to the web version it requires high attention and various updates.The discussions seems difficult to track when attachee documents to the job, it became confusing over the long duration of the project.Its format for invoices is too standardised, so it must be constantly required to use templates, which despite being quite good, ends uo wasting time.The creation process for data reports are annoying.Some of the limitations of paymo are as follows.

1) .Customer Service - There customer service is pathetic.There executive are very Unprofessional.They don't listen to you, and does not try to solve your issues.on some occasions they can be very rude and harsh with their customers.

2) .The time reports are not customizable as one should wanted to prefer.There is no flexibility in the logo size, and there is no way to add signature lines for when a client requires a paper copy for sign-off.Also, the reports are not as concise they should be, They uses too much of paper for the information being displayed, It will be good to to be able to place a summary of hours for a month on one page, with signatures.

3) .Paymo is a very complex software so sometimes it become a headache, so complexity is again a major drawback of paymo.

4) .Paymo does not allows you to see the summary statistics such as hour per project, distribution of time spent between the people participating in a project.

5) .Interaction process on paymo is very complex.There are lot of legal requirement to access paymo.
