GoFrugal POS Software

I have no idea how the product works. the demo was good.

But after I bought the product, I had to chase them up to get a handover and its schedule. The resources assigned for the handover had no idea how to configure the tool for my requirement(eventhough the demo was specifically for these cases). I had to chase them for over 2 months(even after detailing the requirements in an email). And frankly, these were not exception cases. they were just the normal scenarios for inventory management. However, all the resources were just interested in showing me the buttons to be used for billing.

We bought this software but installation team is too slow. Its been dealing and calling them but do not answer. Very bad service.

Gofrugal as a erp and pos software, it is good but customer support is not good. Their team don't understand the issue. Last one year I suffered a lot. There are lots of bugs in GST billing of this software.

There is no one to understand the problem & I am facing a huge problem but no one give any proper solution. Only they pass the query to one to another person. finaly they agian ask me how may I help you.So please guys dont go for gofrugal if you want to save time & save your business. toooooo much delay then after also not get any solution.

This is my honest review.

This software was recommended to me by a retailer in ooty.

On contacting the bangalore office, I was visited by their area manager and Santosh.

I paid Rs 10000 as advance for them to start installation and training

on day one an inexperienced person visited my place and could not install properly even after spending 8 hours on the job. clearly he was not trained and kept calling his office for clarifications. He could not finish the job

On day 4 after numerous calls I was visited by Santosh who spent nearly 5 hours trying to install. Nothing was done to my satisfaction. He told me to start using and any bugs and clarifications would be sorted out the next day

I started using the software and encountered millions of bugs, I made a note of every one and contacted Santosh. He told me he would follow up and solve any issues facec by me.

That is the last I heard from them.

I have since installed Shoper from Tally and am extremely satisfied with it.

With regards to GoFrugal I request all people who are considering it; Please do not trust go frugal. They are cheats to the core and are not interested in followups once they have taken your money.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for a refund but there is absolutely no response from them

Its easy for billing and its very helpful for warehouse supplies, its good I m ok for this software

feedback assitance very good, good supporting in live chat. Was not aware about the phone support packages but they called and assisted me. Would like feedback call to be done by a person

Im using this product since from more than two years in one of my shop. so im very much comfort with this app and using same software in two more shops. this software is really very friendly and good to use. even when I connect with support team regarding any problems they get solve my problem within 10 minutes. and software should add regional language like kannada and hindi language automatically cos we have customers from all other states also, so it will be easy them to read.thank you.LAHOTI KIRANA STORES, iLKAL.

Using this software for long time. Its simple and easy to use.

Gofrugal billing system easy to manage using one screen at a time. It avoid unnecessary complexion. Their is short cut to do many different function without selection the menu which can be used when we are used to gofrugal software
