Bitdefender.in and Bitdefender.com both are different websites of Bitdefender brand. If we will buy from bitdefender.in site then it will consider for Indian region only and .com is for worldwide. Considering means the Product key will considered in that region only and it will not transferred also. If we will buy from .in site then support, refund etc all will be done from .in site only and if .com site then anywhere it will be considered. I bought it from .in due to offer was running as per indian festivals. I bought at 200 /- actual price in 1000 /-. At the time of buying I asked then What is your refund policy. They said we don't have refund policy however if any genuine reason is there then we may consider it. Based on these words I bought it. Post buying two times application automatically crashed while protecting from virus while browsing the internet. Then I dropped the mail for technical support but 4 days approx over but no one connected with me then personally called them then one lady on the call said that I am forwarding your details team will get back to you but 2days over and no one called me then I dropped the mail to Admin team who will be looking into the refund but till now no one has connected till now. They are just ignoring me till now.

Support:- horrible.

I have purchased the software and my system which got effected by ransom .mlzq and bitdefender was unable to clean it. I sent the sample files and they sent a regret message that they do not have any tool to remove it.

I have used this security product.its a very good product at this price and It also very safe for your pc. and aslo for desktop.It's quality and features are very precious than other at this cheap price.it also gives u 3 years validity.Install this total security and put your pc in a safe hand.

BITDEFENDER ANTIVIRUS 2017: The best antivirus ever been through

Nowadays most of them are enjoying spending half of their life using their Personal Computers or even laptops. We do enjoy using it, but we never care about the health issues of their PC’s or laptop and end up being in a big trouble. It can be even caused because of heavy usages which spoil the processor by overheating reducing its lifespan. But the most important issue that we keep on facing in our day to day life, its none other the virus or even internet issues which creates its own virus by visiting into third site parties or even malware or the bugs fixed on to your PC causing a lot of lag downs. We do use a lots of software’s in which we can hope for these gadgets to get back in a perfect position. Most of them try it by downloading lots of free antivirus software which does never remove our problems permanently; we get confused a lot of times that for which antivirus is good, which antivirus does remove all our stress and even bring back our PC into perfect condition.

According to me where I had used a lots of antivirus security like Avast, Avira, AVG, Kaspersky, Norton security and lots more but still I was not completely satisfied, because even they are good they make our system, slow down and most of the antivirus takes a lot of Power consumption, which does makes the system to cry and even the user to cry. So at last I had gone through the Bit defender free version which made my eyes roll off. I just felt like I had got a new computer or it has become two times faster when compared to the time I had purchased my Personal Computer. It has just worked very flawlessly with no system lags and with zero viruses, not even a single shortcut virus found. I always used to get an achievement that in my PC “The total number of virus present in my PC is greater than the Total number of files and folders present on it”. But after installing this BITDEFENDER free version after giving a complete scan I couldn’t find even a single virus. Feels bit sad that my achievement have been broken down into pieces. But even does feels satisfied that my PC has been fully optimized and is now being super ready to an extreme longer life time. I just felt in my mind thinking that when this BITDEFENDER free version only could do this much magic’s, then what will happen if I get through the full version of this antivirus. I was just in eagerly waiting to purchase and to install it in my PC. We do get this Antivirus even at online shopping’s like in amazon or in Flipkart, even available on their official websites. I had just gone through some of the researches regarding this Bitdefender Antivirus. Then I was completely surprised when I came to know that BITDEFENDER 2017 is a gold award winner which is been approved by these AV-Tests, which was performed on windows 10. And it was now the Ranked as the no.1 antivirus worldwide. It even works flawlessly in each and every operating system. But gives a bit slow performance when it was been tested on Windows 7 Platform, but Bitdefender team did promise us that they will solve that issue by these Oncoming updates, so need not worry about it.

Now talking about its Scan security detections and Removal tools. There are lots of hidden viruses which can’t be removed by most of antivirus. Like this zero-day malware which is also very much unfamiliar and unknown to these antivirus industries. But this Bitdefender does examine the files that are very much suspiciously similar to the files known to be malicious to see that if they do behave in a very potentially malicious ways.

I have used Bitdefender total security(and that too a full version which cost me one thousand rupees.) for a whole last year with my windows 7 on my laptop(2 gb RAM). Many a times, this antivirus consumes very large memory in  RAM which makes me uncomfortable to work on my laptop, as it makes the laptop processing slow. After discussing with their customer service team, I tried it by installing windows 7 again and then reinstalling it but it did not make any difference as it was creating the same problems again n again.

More things I dislike in this software are it asks for update in every 15 days, not a good user interface, it also interrupts with the firewall settings time n time again.

Also, it does not have features like boot time scan, which is the best to remove any viruses, trojans, threats in our laptops.

There are better antivirus available than this like quickheal, 360 security, avast etc.I do not recommend this to anyone.

I am a corporate users and using xxxxx heal.but many times we face the spyware issues so finally one day I tried bitdefender and I was a megical moment it show all the virus even that are on ppt files and documents files.Finally it was a last test on windows server 2008 and it works fine.it block automatically spy mail and virus mails.Its optimization feature is very gud.So finally you should give it a try.

I using bitdefender last few months it is amazing to destroys the malware. It is full safety feature and easy to use. It is good protected to pc.

After using avast from Many years this time I thought of some change and after reading the great features( which they show) I settled for bit fender total security.

But it was my worst decision ever.Firstly when I tried to installing this software, it just shows progressing and  progressing and it wont install. I just totally fed up with this. I wait for hours and hours and it wont install.

I then restart my pc and tried once again. and again the same problem. After 2-3 more trials. It installs. haassh than god.

Then the problem came in there scanning. I put my whole computer on scan. and it stuck in between. then I have to scan my computer in 5-6 parts. then it is done. and scans takes more time.

And then when you surf and tries to download some softwares online. This softwares says many softwares as unsafe. really its such a ridiculous software.

My advice is not to buy this antivirus. I went back to my trusted avast.

Best antivirus out there. Just install the latest version. Make sure you use at lease windows xp with service pack 3. else this wont work it will continuously stop any attacks and show you the information also.

No need to scan pen drives. it will be done automatically if you insert the pen drive.Buy the total security for high performance. It is best for office and home uses.Even you dont update, the software works good in detecting viruses./

I bought Bitdefender total security for three years when I was in Mumbai, India. Since then I am using it somehow as its not very user friendly. Few months back I moved from India to South Korea for my job. one day I formatted my laptop in order to upgrade my OS. Since then I am trying to register it but unable to register. So I contacted to their support team, they emailed me

even I called them for all the way to Korea and they have asked some information via email, I emailed them immediately.

Till now I am waiting for their response. Again I emailed to Bitsupport head office and again I got same response plz contact them(Indian Partner). So I am just in between but no one is ready to give service after selling their product. I

4 days before I bought this product for my PC. Previously I was using Kaspersky antivirus. I was happy with Kaspersky with its virus detection capability. But I was facing a system slowdown and I was not aware it is because of Kaspersky.

When Kaspersky license was going to expire I thought of searching in net for a better antivirus software solution. Within 2 hours of searching I found the result as Bitdefender.

Guys with my experience I'm saying the next sentence. It really high in quality, with a good customer care support. As soon as I installed Bitdefender I realized the system is fast(faster) now.

I found one negative issue(only one) with my Firefox browser. It was quite dead after installing Bitdefender. I called customer care and informed about the issue and they sorted the issue within one day.

Story conclusion:-

Go for it as it is the best software solution currently available in the market.
