I got an SMS from TATA Housing regarding booking on line for their project in Bangalore so I paid Rs 30000 for booking after that there was a flurry of calls for submitting the application form and as I am apartment resident of Goa informed them so. Tata sent the form by e mail as they had set a deadline for submission of the form anyway I submitted the form and electronically transferred an amount of Rs 100000  I had an opportunity to go to Bangalore and visit Tata Housing and visited the site saw 3 towers nearly built but was shocked to see more than 20 towers being readied for construction all the same my confidence was shaken and on the return flight to Goa happened to browse through the newspapers which had a shocking news of illegally converted properties from >B KHATTA to A KHATTA  I then decided that TATA was not my idea and decided to withdraw but was shocked to find out that THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY PAID AMOUNT OF RS 130000(RUPEES ONE LAKH THIRT THOUSAND)**They Quoted Clause 6(b) and forgot to mention Clause 6(a) which is a CLEVERLY CHEATING INTENDED CLAUASE by saying FULL MONEY WITHOUT INTREST WOULD BE REFUNDED IF WITHDRAWAL IS DONE WITHIN 45 DAYS and here is HOW THEY CHEAT YOU by ADDING IF NOT ALLOTTED Please tell me when you fill in the application don't you make your choice of apartment which they promptly allocate?

THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPAY MY MONEY SO BE VERY CAREFULL PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD
