Review On Plutus Partners, Bangalore

This is the most horrible and unprofessional business firm I have come across in my life. When I posted a query on Sulekha.com for a small construction work, I got many responses and one of them was Plutus Partners (https://plutuspartners.in).

Since the construction was very small, we did not go for a detailed contract and everything was finalized over phone. The contact person (who called himself as Managing Director of Plutus Partners) agreed for the project for INR 1, 55, 000 (Rs One lac fifty five thousand only) and the work was to be completed in one week time. However, after one week, the work was not even completed 20% and the quality was horrible. When we saw the quality and completion, my wife called the so called MD. He was so rude that we could not continue our discussion with him. He even used a very harsh language. When we requested him to come and see the quality of the work personally, he said "What do you think? an MD of the company will come for the inspection?" I dont know he is MD or what but anyway we decided that we will monitor the work on daily basis so we started to sit at the site from morning to evening.

Two days later, I got a call from this so called MD that now the construction cost has increased so I have to pay INR 1, 80, 000/- When I said that the agreement amount is 1, 55, 000 and I am paying as per the agreement, he threatened to demolish the entire construction and also told that if I dont pay more, I will face dire consequences. So we thought of discontinuing the work but we had already paid almost 75% of the money. At the end, the work was completed as per his horrible quality standards and we had to accept it as he was talking like a local goon.
