It's Totally a bad experience
They just create a scene in the bus...I just sat in their birth...but I had seater booked...eventhough it's not a big deal...they create a very big issue...they shld know how to behave with customers...also..the seaters seats are jammed which won't bend properly...I recommend u all to choose sm other buses over intrcity...also they changed our bus at last moment...without any prior information to us
