I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore on 23rd October 2024, boarding from Siruseri, Chennai. The bus was supposed to reach Bangalore at 5:20 AM but arrived at 11:30 AM, a delay of over 6 hours. This caused significant inconvenience as I had to travel onward to Mysore.
When I inquired about the delay, the driver responded loudly and irresponsibly, showing no empathy or understanding of the passengers’ discomfort. Additionally, the comfort of the bus was subpar, and there were no facilities for keeping luggage or using the washroom at IntrCity’s office where we were dropped. Overall, it was a very hectic and painful journey.

I am writing this review while I am stuck in middle of nowhere, this is quite a new coach but it keeps halting at different places, the reason the driver gave is that it needs to re program the whole system , the bus is already delayed by 2 hours, all the passengers are very angry but the driver is very rude .
They don't allow to use washroom in the bus. For that also they have specific time period to use... Nobody can adjust or hold the urine for a longer period of time. They need to chance the rule

Unfortunately, the driver displayed inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour. He was rude, used offensive and unparliamentary language, and even attempted to physically hit me, leaving me feeling unsafe and alarmed during the journey. Is he intoxicated?
I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate this incident and ensure such behaviour is not repeated. I would appreciate a prompt response and an update on any actions taken to address this matter.

This is to inform you that I have booked the Ticket for Hyderabad to Bangalore the Boarding point was at Ameerpet Metro Station without mentioning any particular point or piller Number and I was there at the Boarding point arround 5:20 PM and Driver was not called me and I was trying with call centre number to get the captain number it was taken 30 minutes to get the captain number after getting when I called he has already let the bus at 5:40 PM without calling me and I got the Van by 7:10 PM and this Van number 9776 was taken in to Hyderabad city Roaming in the city itself for almost 3 Hours this is not at all acepeted and also I will ask Red Bus booking center not to appreciate this type of Travels for the public.

My wife, my daughter an I were traveling from Delhi to Rishikesh while haveving food poisoning simptoms. We decided to travel only because of their statement that they have clean washrooms. Toilets are the worst I have seen in the world. How can they be clean if they are not flushable?! They are always filled with content and you have to do your part on top. So it splashes on you. How on earth this is clean then that contens splashes on you?! Why the hell you inform that the toilet is pee only only when you get on board of the buss. So then at your website instead of "we have clean washrooms" write "we have unflushable buckets, looking like toilets which are pee only ". And the crew allways reminds you that it is pee only! So pathetic.
Last day they cancelled our booked tickets. Because the reason was tells vehicle circumstances. That's is not mannar.
This is the worst bus I have ever travelled, 1 hr delay, when asked, the driver was extremely rude and used cuss words. I reported to the customer care, they didnt even care.
Booked from Bangalore to Guntur for my mother. They told that the washroom is available in the bus. But, after boarding, they said that, the washroom is not available. Booked the bus as my mother can't get down from the bus without help. Thought the washroom will be helpful. But these idiots didn't mention anything while booking. Also, the bus was late and they were pushing away the elderly without checking their seating. Never book intercity travels.
I booked my ticket from Bangalore to Karur on 12th August 2024, with Intercity Smart Bus. Although my ticket clearly mentioned Karur as the drop-off point, the bus driver did not enter Karur and instead dropped me off at Samayanallur, which is 131 kilometers away from Karur.
When I questioned the driver, he informed me that they had received a different drop-off point as Madurai. Due to their internal confusion, I was forced to arrange my own transportation, taking a local bus from Samayanallur to Dindigul, and then from Dindigul to Karur, covering a distance of 131 kilometers on my own.
The transportation staff offered no solution or assistance, merely said simple sorry for the mistake. As a result of this error, I had to cancel my meeting on 13th August morning.
I don't recommend this irresponsible and arrogant agency to anyone.
I was travelling from MH 04 KU 0296. Boarded at Panaji at 7:30pm. Bus met with an accident at 4am and after that AC was not working due to mechanical failure or don't know what but no action was taken to repair. All passangers feel suffocated and felt like been in boiler for almost 10hrs. No service or substitute bus was provided. Because of all this delay unable to be present at office today resulting to personal losses. Even the toilet lights were not working and staff were consuming intoxicants like Cigarette and tobacco. Worst travel ever. Just a brand name but zero service
Don't book this bus, otherwise you feel like you are dumbest person in the world, Trust me!!fuxx my self.

Thier conductor was so disrespectfully first he was not responding to calls then refuse to stop properly on pickup point.
They dont stop at your boarding point and will not ensure if your are at boarding point or not. But they will call you after crossing your boarding point and will give you options either you can come in the next bus behind or take a auto and come to next boarding point in 5mins
This happens in Bangalore. Both the options will not work unless u have 2 wheeler and have traffic jam to catch the bus. They will make sure 50% of the passengers who have booked the bus misses it and they will sell that seats.
Ravi sir , was the best in the journey as he has good skill. ...of management. I request to you for washroom maintenance.
Very Poor Experience and will Not Book It Any Time very very Poor There Is No Timetable Of This Bus.
I was travelling from Goa to Pune in intrcity bus and one of there employer came to me and Sayed sir this luggage is not allowed in bus I will keep it with me and please tell your family or your friend to collect it from out intrcity bus office within 10 days he gave his number and asked me to call on this number when someone will come to receive this luggage but now his number is not picking up the call he told me to collect it within 10 days but this happend 2 days earlier stil I left with 8 days but then aslo no one is answering the call my friend called the intrcity employee he first answered the call but for the second time he did not answered the call

There were two stops in Katraj while travelling to Bangalore and driver hasnt stopped at later one. There were total of 5 pax waiting there to board in the rain and he rushed away in front of us and havent even stopped while co pax waiting there even shouted many times and ran behind the bus.
Called support team many times they verified and see no calls were made by captain to any pax and hasnt stopped. Still no solution offered so far.
so called manager, I guess Sachin called me from this number+91 484-3540635. All these guys keep talking and do not want to listen to the pax. He verified and realized that driver hasnt stopped at the boarding point we were supposed to board, even Captains call records says he never called the pax's. he told he will get back at the earliest. Still no response from him. Its been over a week. and now they are not responding to my emails too.
One of the worst support team that I have come across! And this company literally cheating customers!
Manager Sachin is very very bad you don't know how to speak to the customer is talking so weirdly I booked slipper and I got any slipper and no intimation on driver details driver did not call me very very bad service don't book ever inter city bus I have travelled couple of time this bus but going forward I never ever use this bus managers Sachin was saying it to whom or want to complaint go on complaint no problem for us I had to wait for 2 hours to arrange alternate bus and I have reached very late morning and entire my work got postponed their passenger please don't use this intercity smart bus very bad service
