Gulshan Bellina Noida Eextension - A very over priced project!


I have visited the project recently and have seen the 2 and 3 BHK flat layouts.


Pros:

  • Flat’s Layout is ok.

  • Location is ok.

  • Construction quality is ok.

Cons:

  • A delayed project

  • Two sides are covered from other project’s high rise buildings.

  • No space between the towers

  • Major Issue of Sun Light on most of the flats/units.

  • Small project with ok kind of open/green area

  • Over Priced.

  • Check the RERA registration before buying.

  • Conclusion: Only worth to Buy @3200/Sq. Ft. Of cost as an investment opportunity! Otherwise Avoid this project.
