This website takes order and uses/trusts the local store for the item. Seems neither they verify the items available with them not they verify the item quality.
Many times they take order but after that call customer to say the some items are not available at this moments.
Many time they deliver the product but then later we find that the product is not in good shape. Specially the grocery items.
Due to the above, we have to run for some other store to get item in hurry paying more.
This may be good for packed/branded food but definitely not for loose food like daal rice and all.
